iFly has a vertical wind tunnel with fans at the top with the purpose of drawing the air up past you in the flight chamber. You will experience a controlled environment providing you the just the right amount of air flow for the utmost flight enjoyment.

What is bodyflight?
Indoor bodyflight is the development of a skill allowing you to fly your body in a controlled manner in a wind tunnel. SkyVenture wind tunnels are the perfect environment for the quickest development of this skill due to the professional instruction and quality of the airflow.

Is indoor sky diving at iFly safe?
SkyVenture's unique design with its wall to wall air column, along with professional, trained instructors allows flyers to safely enjoy their flight session. Your flight instructor is with you through your entire flight experience.

Is it scary?
iFly is not scary; there is no jumping, no falling and there is no experience needed. You are simply floating on a column of air. There is no sensation of falling or anything that would make you feel sick from motion sickness.

Who can fly at iFly Orlando?
iFly flies people from 3 to 103, so it is fun for all ages. Children under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver. Any flyers over 6' tall may not exceed 250 pounds and any flyers under 6' tall may not exceed 230 pounds. We also recommend not flying if you have ever had a history of neck, back, or heart problems or if you have ever had a prior shoulder dislocation.

What is included with my flight?
iFly offers various packages but each one includes your training session, use of all the flight gear, your flight time in the tunnel, hands on personal assistance from your instructor and flight certificate.

Can I fly with my friends or family members?
iFly flies several people in each class; actual class size varies on the type of flight tickets. Your friends/family will be part of the same group. However, you will fly one at a time in the flight chamber, one-on-one with your instructor. Once you have gained more flight experience then you will be able to fly with others of the same skill level in the tunnel. If someone chooses just to watch, they are welcome to accompany you though your experience and can watch from the complimentary observation area.

Can I do tricks and flips in the tunnel at iFly Orlando?
iFly's first concern is for your safety in the flight chamber, so the tricks or flips are done by experienced flyers only. Some flyers are able to do turns, move up and down, and front to back their first flight. Be sure to ask your instructor how to advance your flight skills. Once you do develop those skills, tunnel flying can be an even more exciting sport.

No, parking is free of charge.

Are shuttles available at the Estate?
Yes, shuttles are available between the parking area and the Biltmore House. You will need your own transportation to access the other Estate attractions. From April to December, a shuttle is also offered from Biltmore House to the Conservatory. Driving your own car to the Estate is highly recommended as some of the estate venues are located several miles apart.

Does Biltmore Estate feature any restaurants where kids eat free?
Yes, at Deerpark Restaurant kids 9 and under eat free of charge.

What is the pet policy at Biltmore Estate?

What time are the shows at Arabian Nights?
Shows are held every night of the year with shows usually either at 6:00 and/or 8:30 p.m.

What time should guests arrive for the show?
We recommend arriving at Arabian Nights 45 minutes prior to show time to allow for parking, check-in, and partaking in our amazing pre-show. Also, keep in mind that for general admission, seating is on a first come first served basis.

How long is the show?
The length of the show is 90 minutes with no intermission. Restrooms are conveniently located right outside the doors of the arena for ease of use.

What is the pre-show at Arabian Nights?
Arabian Nights has many entertainment opportunities available as part of our pre-show entertainment. House doors will open 1½ hours prior to the start of the show. The Great Hall waiting area includes a complimentary appetizer buffet, a full cash bar, an emcee to guide you through your evening, and various artists to offer services and entertainment. The main arena will open for seating 45 minutes prior to the start of the show. The arena floor will host games and activities for children, an optional upgrade to a sneak peek of the Horse Stables will be available and a presentation of various horse breeds used in the show will occur 15 minutes prior to the start of the show.

Are cameras allowed during the show? Can guests take photos?
Flash photography is allowed during the show. Audio and video recording are strictly prohibited.

Each meal comes with a dinner roll, the choice of 6 entrée options, and 2 dessert options. This selection includes a vegetarian and children’s option. Once you are seated you are presented with a menu listing these items in detail and you place your order then with your server. Additionally, if you would like a Kosher or any other special meal (Gluten-free etc.) the show would be happy to accommodate you but require 24 hour notice.

All meals except for the Creamy Vegetable Lasagna and Children’s Chicken Tenders are served with steakhouse mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

What if I've never snorkeled before?
We specialize in accommodating those who are new to snorkeling and non swimmers. We offer "Snorkeling 101" for beginners or those wanting a refresher course. Our location is a protected bay that offers calm pool like conditions and we offer an array of flotation water toys including: ski vests, life jackets, noodles, sea view boards, boogie boards and inner-tubes. Our Captain's and Crew are First Aid, CPR and Life Guard certified. There are always at least 3 designated Life Guards who are on watch while anyone is in the water.

Do you have prescription masks?
Yes, we offer masks with built in prescription lenses ranging from -1.5 to -7.0 at no additional charge.

Do you offer SNUBA?
Yes & No. We offer Power Diving also known as Hooka diving which lets you enjoy the extended diving ability of SCUBA without heavy tanks or gear through an unlimited air supply that floats on the surface. Will I get sea sick?
The bigger the boat, the more stable it is. Our vessel is 65' in length with a 30' beam and the largest boat of our kind on the Kona Coast. It's a totally different experience than being on a smaller boat or a raft. If you know you are prone to sea sickness, we recommend you take Bonine or Dramamine the night before and one several hours before your cruise. Please read directions to see that you are able to take this medication. We carry this on board however it is best to have it in your system prior to boarding. You more likely to feel better on the lower deck of the vessel as there is less pitch. We also offer complimentary Ginger pills and a Ginger drink which is great for motion sickness and it's all natural.

Do you have bathrooms or showers on board?
Yes, we have three large bathrooms and 2 outdoor fresh water showers on our boat.

Is there any shade on your boat?
Yes, the Kanoa II has a lower and upper deck with plenty of shaded area as well as areas for sun bathing.

What should I bring with me?
For our snorkel dolphin adventure, we recommend you bring your suit, towel and sunglasses. If you wish to SCUBA, Power Dive or wish to purchase cocktails or retail items such as underwater cameras, we recommend you bring extra cash or credit cards. If you are joining us for our Historical Dinner Cruise, we recommend a light weight jacket and comfortable flat shoes. We accept all major credit cards.

Should I bring sunscreen?
No, unless you have medical reasons to use a specific brand. Body Glove Cruises is the first boat in the state of Hawaii to offer a "Reef Safe" sunscreen that does not harm the coral reef and stays on your skin and not in our ocean. We have several SPF pump stations on board for complimentary use.

Can we go ashore during our cruise?
No, in order to protect the sensitive coral reefs, marine shoreline and the safety of our guests no one is allowed to climb onto land. Each vessel will act as your private island allowing you to come and go as you please while you enjoy your day at sea.

Do you provide transportation from my hotel or condo?
Yes, for an additional charge we provide transportation from the Waikoloa area through Jack's Tours. You may find it more economical and convenient to rent a car, otherwise, there are a number of taxi companies that can assist you.

Will we see whales?
The best opportunity to see whales is between late December and late March when the Humpback Whales migrate to Hawaii from the north Pacific. During that time of year, we offer daily Whale Watching cruises and guarantee sightings or come again Free! There are several other species of whales that live in Hawaiian waters year around and are occasionally seen during one of our cruises.

Will we see dolphins?
There is a 90% chance of seeing dolphins all year around from our boat as they enjoy riding our wake. On rare occasions, about once every week and a half they come to visit us at our snorkel location.

What's the difference between snorkeling in the morning versus the afternoon?
Contrary to what you might have heard, the morning does not offer any additional marine life or marine encounters. The same number and types of fish live and swim in the bays all day long. The main difference is you are more likely to have clear skies, less wind and a better chance of seeing dolphins.

Where will I find free parking?
You are welcome to park for free at our Office located one block away from the Kailua Pier. You may park at the Hotel King Kamehameha which is closer however they charge $3 an hour. If you require handicapped parking there are two stalls located in the cul-de-sac in front of the Kailua Pier but come early as they are used frequently.
