Are Dollywood shows included with theme park tickets?
Yes, there are a variety of shows and entertainment options throughout the park which are free with your admission ticket, excluding special-ticketed events.
What is the minimum age for children to attend the park without supervision?
For the safety of our guests, children must be 13 years old or older to enter without an adult. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by a chaperone 16 years old or older. Unescorted children will not be admitted to Dollywood.
Is Dollywood wheelchair accessible?
A majority of the park is level to gently-rolling and is, thus, wheelchair accessible.
Are wheelchairs or electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) available for daily rental? If so, what is the cost?
A limited number of wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) are available for rent. (Operator must be at least 16 years of age. Operators 16-18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian at least 21 years of age sign the rental agreement.) Reservations may be made online 48 hours prior to arrival with our convenient purchasing process. Wheelchairs and ECVs are available for an additional fee. Discounts are available on wheelchair and ECV rentals for Dollywood Gold and Super Gold Passholders. No other discounts apply.
What if my child is 3 years old or younger?

Are lockers available for rent?
Dollywood offers two choices for renting lockers:
Front Gate Lockers: All day locker rentals are available at the Front Gate at the Stoller and Wheelchair rental booth and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Front Gate lockers and family sized locker rentals are available for an additional fee.
Ride Lockers: Ride to ride locker rentals are available at Wild Eagle, Mystery Mine, River Battle, FireChaser Express, Daredevil Falls, Barnstormer, River Rampage, Sidewinder, and near the Tennessee Tornado roller coaster. Ride lockers are floating lockers, which means you can rent them and float from locker to locker without having to pay for each new locker. These rentals are available for an additional fee.
Does Dollywood offer package pick-up?
Yes, instead of carrying your purchases around, please take advantage of our convenient and complimentary Package Pickup service. Any items purchased in our merchandise shops will be delivered to the Dollywood Emporium for you to pick up as you exit the park at the end of your day. Let the merchandise host know that you’d like to use Package Pickup. You’ll receive a card indicating the time your item(s) will be ready. Simply proceed to the Dollywood Emporium to the Package Pickup counter where your item(s) will be waiting! Package Pickup is offered on purchases made prior to two hours before park closing. For your convenience, Package Pickup is staffed until park closing.

Are coolers or outside food or drink allowed at Dollywood?
No, after careful consideration of park policies across the nation, consultation with health and safety experts and much consideration of the welfare of our guests and employees alike, we are unable to allow coolers, food or drinks into Dollywood. Although we do not allow food or drink to be brought into the Park, Dollywood offers a wide variety of delicious foods available at our restaurants and snack vendors. (Special dietary needs should be addressed with the Foods Office prior to arrival at 865-428-9428.) However, if you would like to eat elsewhere or must leave for any reason during the day, remember to get your hand stamped and keep your admission ticket, then you can return later that same day. Dollywood does not have picnic areas at the park, but if you would like to picnic somewhere, the Smoky Mountains National Park is a great place to visit.
Can I leave the park and return that same day?
Yes. You will need to have your hand stamped at the exit at the Dollywood Emporium. Keep your ticket so it can be scanned when you return.

A limited number of single and double strollers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Single strollers and double strollers are available to rent for an additional fee.

Are there First Aid Stations located at Dollywood?
Yes. Dollywood staffs three Safety/First Aid Offices—one in the Jukebox Junction area near the Pines Theatre, one in Wilderness Pass near River Battle and another in The Village area near the train crossing—with medical personnel on duty at all times during park hours.
What is the smoking policy at Dollywood?
If you smoke, please utilize the many designated smoking areas indicated on the Park Map. Smoking is strictly forbidden on all rides, queue lines, indoor theaters, attractions, shops, and restaurants.
Are baby changing and nursing stations available at the park?
Baby Care Centers, located in the Showstreet, Wilderness Pass, and Country Fair areas, offer nursing areas, changing stations and family restrooms. There are also nursing stations available at the restrooms in Country Fair, Jukebox Junction, Market Square, The Village and Craftsman's Valley near the Woodcarving Shop.
Are pets allowed at Dollywood?
Although pets are not permitted inside Dollywood, the one-of-a-kind kennel, Doggywood, is available for the convenience of our guests and their dogs. The daily rental fee provides each dog its own water supply, and a walk area is located adjacent to the building so owners can spend time with their pets without having to leave the park. Space is limited, and reservations are highly recommended. Please call 865-428-9826 during park operating hours. Without a reservation, all kennels at Doggywood will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. *Please note: Doggywood can only accommodate dogs.
Service animals for Guests with disabilities are allowed inside Dollywood.
Does Dollywood offer rain checks on tickets?
If it is raining when you leave the park and your visit is shortened by the rain, you can request a rain check—just ask. Rain checks are distributed at the Season Pass Center and are valid until the end of the season. You must request the rain check on the day of your visit before leaving the park.
Why do my Dollywood E-Tickets only have one name listed on them?
The name on the E-Ticket is the primary ticket holder but the tickets are valid for all within your party.
Does Dollywood have a dress code?
Yes. For the safety of others, footwear without heel straps cannot be worn on Barnstormer, Sky Rider, SkyZip, Waltzing Swinger, and Wild Eagle. In addition, clothing with distracting words and/or pictures will not be permitted inside the park. Guests may not wear character type costumes in the park.

Aquatica security procedures may result in slight delays while entering the park. As a part of this process: All bags, backpacks, and packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park. As a reminder, the following items are not permitted to be brought into Aquatica for the safety of our animals and our guests: weapons, glass bottles, cans, any other type of sharp objects, straws, large hard or soft coolers, and any hazardous items or materials. Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle to expedite your entry into the park.
Are coolers permitted at Aquatica?
Coolers are permitted, but they must be no larger than 16-quart size; large insulated bags are available for purchase at Guest Relations. For guests with special dietary requirements, a limited number of daily lockers are available for rent for unlimited access/use. Two picnic areas are located at the bus drop-off area at the front of the park and guests may re-enter these areas as often as they would like during an operating day.
What type of food and beverage items are not permitted at Aquatica?

There is a state-of-the-art climate control system that adjusts the water temperature according to the weather so that it's always just right. The water can be heated up to 84 degrees.

A one-time locker fee gives you a full day's worth of unlimited access. Small lockers are $15 and large lockers are $20 per day. All locker rentals require an additional $10 refundable key deposit
Are towels available at Aquatica?
Beach towels can be rented for the entire day for a $4.00 each. Towels can also be purchased at any of our shops throughout the park.
What is your life vest policy?
Safety is our No. 1 concern, therefore, all guests under 48" are required to wear life vests on most attractions. United States Coast Guard (USCG) Type III life vests in a variety of sizes and Type II for infants free of charge throughout the park. Only USCG Type II or III life vests may be worn; floatation devices such as noodles, swimmies, puddle jumpers, in-suit floatation devices, personal swim rings/floats and boogie boards are not permitted. Personal life vests that are in good condition and clearly marked approved by the USCG - Type II or III may be worn at Aquatica if approved and tagged by our staff.
Are swim masks and goggles allowed at Aquatica?
For the safety of our guest swim masks are not permitted at Aquatica. Swim goggles are permitted.
What is Aquatica’s smoking policy?
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, smoking is permitted in the park in designated smoking areas only.
Is the park easily accessible for people with disabilities?
Aquatica is committed to providing a comfortable experience for all of our guests. The wave pool beaches are sand; however, the remainder of the park has paved pathways. All rivers and family attractions have beach entries (no steps). The park has five attractions designed with towers that do require stair climbing. The stairs are accessible by current ADA guidelines. Wheelchairs will be available for rental (first-come, first-served). Guests may reserve wheelchairs on-line prior to their visit. Service Animals are welcome at Aquatica. Service Animals are limited to dogs and miniature horses that have been individually trained to do work or perform a task for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Service Animals are NOT permitted on any attraction at Aquatica.
What happens if it rains?
We offer a Sunny Day Guarantee for your Aquatica visit. Sunny Day Tickets are issued if rides are closed for more than one hour due to inclement weather and the guest has been in the park for less than five (5) hours. Guests who have been in the park for more than five hours may request a 50% off return ticket valid for 1 year from the date issued. Sunny Day tickets will be issued at the Guest Relations at Aquatica after one hour of ride closure until rides re-open. Guests must exchange their single day ticket before being issued a Sunny Day Ticket and may not re-enter the park. Sunny Day Tickets are valid for a return visit within 90 days from the date of issue. Aquatica reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice, some restrictions apply:

How warm is the water at Aquatica?
There is a state-of-the-art climate control system that adjusts the water temperature according to the weather so that it's always just right. The water can be heated up to 84 degrees.
Are lockers available for rent?
A one-time locker fee gives you a full day's worth of unlimited access. Small lockers are $15 and large lockers are $20 per day. All locker rentals require an additional $10 refundable key deposit
Are towels available at Aquatica?
Beach towels can be rented for the entire day for a $4.00 each. Towels can also be purchased at any of our shops throughout the park.
What is your life vest policy?
Safety is our No. 1 concern, therefore, all guests under 48" are required to wear life vests on most attractions. United States Coast Guard (USCG) Type III life vests in a variety of sizes and Type II for infants free of charge throughout the park. Only USCG Type II or III life vests may be worn; floatation devices such as noodles, swimmies, puddle jumpers, in-suit floatation devices, personal swim rings/floats and boogie boards are not permitted. Personal life vests that are in good condition and clearly marked approved by the USCG - Type II or III may be worn at Aquatica if approved and tagged by our staff.
Are swim masks and goggles allowed at Aquatica?
For the safety of our guest swim masks are not permitted at Aquatica. Swim goggles are permitted.
What is Aquatica’s smoking policy?
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, smoking is permitted in the park in designated smoking areas only.
Is the park easily accessible for people with disabilities?
Aquatica is committed to providing a comfortable experience for all of our guests. The wave pool beaches are sand; however, the remainder of the park has paved pathways. All rivers and family attractions have beach entries (no steps). The park has five attractions designed with towers that do require stair climbing. The stairs are accessible by current ADA guidelines. Wheelchairs will be available for rental (first-come, first-served). Guests may reserve wheelchairs on-line prior to their visit. Service Animals are welcome at Aquatica. Service Animals are limited to dogs and miniature horses that have been individually trained to do work or perform a task for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Service Animals are NOT permitted on any attraction at Aquatica.
What happens if it rains?
We offer a Sunny Day Guarantee for your Aquatica visit. Sunny Day Tickets are issued if rides are closed for more than one hour due to inclement weather and the guest has been in the park for less than five (5) hours. Guests who have been in the park for more than five hours may request a 50% off return ticket valid for 1 year from the date issued. Sunny Day tickets will be issued at the Guest Relations at Aquatica after one hour of ride closure until rides re-open. Guests must exchange their single day ticket before being issued a Sunny Day Ticket and may not re-enter the park. Sunny Day Tickets are valid for a return visit within 90 days from the date of issue. Aquatica reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice, some restrictions apply:
- All Sunny Day Guarantee tickets will be issued at Guest Relations area near the park exit.
- Parking, Lockers, All Day Dining, Quick Queue, Signature Seating, and other park amenties are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement under Sunny Day Guarantee.
- Weekday Tickets will be eligible for a Weekday Sunny Day Guarantee ticket.
- The following are not eligible for Sunny Day Tickets
- Guests that have been in the park for more than 5 hours
