How do I activate my pass?
Simply visit your first attraction. There is a link on your E-ticket to open and access your barcode to gain entry into the attractions.
Do I have to make reservations in advance?
Some attractions require advance reservations including the Outta Control Magic Dinner Show and Forever Florida Coach Tour.
When does my pass expire?
You have 1 year from the purchase date to begin using your pass.
Can I visit the same attraction multiple times?
You can visit only one attraction once per the life of the card.
What if I don’t use all of my admissions?
Once the card is activated, it is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for unused admissions and not responsible for traffic conditions, attraction-capacity constraints, weather-related closings or unforeseeable circumstances.

Simply visit your first attraction. There is a link on your E-ticket to open and access your barcode to gain entry into the attractions. You may print or show your pass on your smartphone.
What attractions offer the VIP Line Privileges to skip the line?
MoMA, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim Museum, Whitney Museum of American Art, Beast Speedboat Cruise by Circle Line and Cloisters Museum.
How can I get a spot on popular tours?
We recommend you make your reservation and/or pick up your ticket as soon as possible after arriving in New York for the best chance at reserving your spot. For tickets to On Location Tours, bring your Explorer Pass to the On Location Tours office to book your tour. Reservations cannot be made prior to your arrival in New York City, and cannot be made over the phone.

Aquarium of the Pacific
Do you have wheelchairs, what’s the cost to rent one?
Wheelchairs are complimentary and can be checked out at the information desk on a first come, first serve basis.
Do you have strollers?
The Aquarium offers baby “backpacks”, which can be borrowed free of charge at our information desk. We do not offer strollers at this time. While we do not have strollers for use, you are always welcome to bring your own. Also, on very busy days we have stroller parking areas throughout the Aquarium for your convenience.
Are cameras or video cameras allowed?
Cameras and video cameras are permitted in the Aquarium, as long as the footage is for personal use. Tripods are not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow any animals or pets into our facility, except for licensed service dogs. This is to ensure the safety and health of our animals.
Do you allow outside food in the Aquarium?
The Aquarium does not allow any outside food within the Aquarium. However, we do have picnic tables located in the front grass area on a first come, first serve basis. Any snacks, lunches or editable items may be consumed in this area.
Are you open when it’s raining?
Yes, we are still open in the rain! Occasionally the Lorikeet Forest will close when it rains if the ground becomes slick, however, all other exhibits will remain open.
Do you have locker facilities available?
Unfortunately, we do not have any lockers available at this time.
Do you have a restaurant at your facility?
We have a cafeteria style restaurant called Café Scuba that is available for guests on our second floor.
Do you allow re-entry into the Aquarium?
Re-entry will be allowed for same day visits at the Aquarium. Be sure to have your hand stamped at the exit door. You will need a valid hand stamp to be allowed re-entry on the same date of visit.
Does my child under 3 need an admission ticket?
There is no charge for children under the age of 3 to visit the Aquarium.
Is there a place where nursing mothers can breastfeed?
Yes, there is a family area in the downstairs women’s restroom located near the coffee cart in the Great Hall of the Aquarium.

Are your vehicles handicapped accessible?
No. At this present time we do not have an ADA equipped vehicle but many of our tour buses have accessible lower levels for anyone needing access.
Do the buses operate in the rain?
Yes, rain or shine our double decker buses run on a regular schedule. We offer complimentary ponchos on rainy days to help keep you dry and you always have the option to travel in the bottom, covered half of our double decker buses.
What does Hop on Hop off mean?

Guests may be escorted to Six Flags Magic Mountain to rent strollers and wheelchairs. Strollers and wheelchairs may be brought into Hurricane Harbor for use throughout the park.

Do you offer a non-rider ticket?
No, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is a pay one price facility. Because of the breadth of entertainment offered for all ages, Six Flags maintains the pay-one-price policy for all Guests to enjoy the rides, slides, shows, and other entertainment.

Is smoking permitted in the park?
Six Flags allows smoking only in areas identified as designated smoking areas. E-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas. All other areas in the parks are smoke-free.
