When should I arrive for the cruise?
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to departure for your cruise.

When are cruises available?
Cruises are available at 11:30 am and 3:45 pm daily.

What happens if it rains?
Cruises may or may not be held in the case of rain, extreme winds, or other inclement weather conditions. Blue and Gold Fleet reserves the right to make a cancellation decision in the case of severe weather or other conditions.

Is tour narration available?
Yes. All tour prices include narration.

Do I need to reserve my seats?
No. Reserved seating is not available. Those with tickets board the ferry on a first come first serve basis.

Does this cruise stop at Alcatraz Island?
No. Cruises go around the island, but do not stop for guests to explore.
