Simply visit your first attraction. There is a link on your E-ticket to open and access your bar code to gain entry into the attractions.

You have 1 year from the purchase date to begin using your pass.
Do I need to choose my attractions in advance?
Nope, choose as you go. The pass is good for any combination of the number of attractions you purchased.

You can visit only one attraction once per the life of the card.
What if I don’t use all of my admissions?
Once the card is activated, it is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for un-used admissions and not responsible for traffic conditions, attraction-capacity constraints, weather related closings or unforeseeable circumstances.

Carowinds
Do you offer a non-rider admission ticket?
Carowinds does not offer a non-rider discount. Carowinds has a one-price admission as it is a multi-faceted park, not just a ride park. Live entertainment abounds at the park with fun-filled shows and performers. The park also offers a variety of gift shops, restaurants, a water park that is included with park admission and much more.
What is your refund policy?
Admission tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the cancellation policy, which is 3 days prior to arrival. This includes weather related events. We do not issue rain checks. Please check local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.
What if my child is under 3 years old?
They are free!
Is the Fast Lane tickets included with my general admission?
No, this is an additional cost and not included with your admission ticket.
What is the inclement weather policy?
Rides may close under certain weather conditions, particularly rain, high winds and/or lightning. It is not possible to provide a specific answer regarding which rides close or remain open because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different rides. The rides affected the most by inclement weather are the roller coasters and the high rides. Carowinds makes every effort to reopen the rides as quickly and safely as possible after the adverse weather conditions cease. Unfortunately, we do not offer rain checks or refunds.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and beverages into the park?
For everyone's safety, guests are not permitted to bring coolers, outside food, or other drinks into Carowinds. Grilling in parking lots is also prohibited. More than 30 restaurants and snack stands provide a broad dining experience within the park. Individuals who have special diets or need items due to a medical condition are asked to visit Guest Services located at the Front Gate for accommodation.
How do I re-enter if I have to leave the park for some reason?
Guests who leave the park and plan to return the same day must get their hand stamped before they leave the park at the exit gate.
Are wheelchairs and strollers available for rent?
Strollers and wheelchair rentals are located inside of the South Gate Entrance and next to Guest Services at the North Gate Entrance. Please note, a valid form of identification must be presented to rent a manual or electric wheelchair for a fee.
Do you allow pets at Carowinds?
No pets are allowed in the park except for service animals. Guests traveling with pets may take advantage of the Pet Kennel at Carowinds.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
Refunds are not available under any circumstances. Once we block dates for your rental we cannot refund any portion of your payment. We do, however, offer you the option of moving your dates to within 6 months of the scheduled arrival date and based upon availability as long as you do so at least 30 days prior to your original arrival date. Our office number is available on your e-Ticket.
What are your office hours and what if we arrive after closing time?
Our office is open Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-9pm. If you will be arriving for check-in after our office is closed, simply contact us in advance to make arrangements.
What is provided in the cabins?
All of our cabins are fully furnished with luxury amenities. All linens, bedding, pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided for your convenience. We also provide a starter packet of paper products that includes toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and bath soap. These items are intended as “starter” items and will not be adequate for lengthy stays.
What should we bring with us?
We suggest you bring along a few items to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Since we only provide a starter packet of paper items we suggest you bring along an additional supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and bath soap. We also suggest beach towels for use at our pool and hot tubs. Extra towels are not provided by Eden Crest.

Bubble Bay and Saturation Station are our two most popular attractions for small children and have been designed with the toddler's age and skill in mind.
What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?
It is advised that you check the local forecast for the Myrtle Beach area prior to your visit. Myrtle Waves Water Park does not close slides due to rain, however in the event of thunder and lightning, attractions will be temporarily closed. Rain checks will be provided at General Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be issued. Please keep in mind that if inclement weather is expected for the entire day, Myrtle Waves Water Park reserves the right to not open the facility.

While it is the duty of the guards to ensure the safety of all Guests, we ask that parents please be mindful of their children and family members at all times. Ride safety rules are posted at each pool and slide. We request that each Guest review these thoroughly. Life jackets are provided throughout the park and their use is encouraged to provide additional safety.

We have ample parking for all vehicles, including motor coaches.
What are the height requirements/restrictions?
There are no height restrictions on Saturation Station, Bubble Bay, the Ocean in Motion Wave Pool, and the Lazy River. Riders must be taller than 42" inches to ride all slides. All slides have a 250 lb. weight restriction. Children under 48" must wear a life-vest in the Racin' River. Arooba Tooba and Snake Mountain both have a 250 lb single rider and 400 lb. Double rider weight restriction.
Do you offer locker rentals?
Yes. We encourage using a locker to store all valuables and personal items. Various sized lockers are available on the Island and beside the Ocean in Motion Wave Pool. Lockers can be rented with cash and/or credit/debit cards.
Are tubes available in the park?
Yes. Courtesy tubes are provided for all slides that require a tube.
Guests may not bring any recreational flotation devices into the park, however life jackets and tubes are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Blue Note is located at 2335 Kalakaua Avenue at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.
Is there a dress code?
No, there is no dress code.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 5:00 pm for the 1st set. We recommend arriving at the venue within 1 hour prior to showtime. The 2nd set starts at 9:30 pm. However, we will not begin seating people until 9:00 pm.
Can I choose my own seat?
No. Seating is first come first served within your section, where you can choose your seat among those that are available. Premium tables and booths are closest to the stage. Loge Tables are elevated and have great unobstructed views of the stage.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Yes. We have a full food and beverage menu available at each show. There is a $10 food and beverage minimum per person.
Is your food available at the bar?
Yes, we serve food at the bar.
Is there an age restriction for concerts?
No, the Blue Note is an all-ages venue, but ages 10 and younger are not recommended. Minors can not sit in the bar area
Is there parking nearby?
Blue Note offers discounted parking at the Ohana East Hotel a few blocks away. We will provide parking validation stickers to our customers which will entitle customers to $6 parking for four hours. The public rate applies after 4 hours. The Ohana East Hotel is located at the corner of Kuhio Avenue and Kaiulani Avenue. The entrance to the Hotel parking garage is located on the makai side of Kuhio Avenue, between the Fun Factory and the Laundromat.

Adler Planetarium
Is parking available?
Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Adler Planetarium or in the parking garage at Soldier Field. Metered street parking is also available. The standard rate for the lot adjacent to the Adler is $19 per car, but rates change frequently due to activities like football games, concerts, and other special events.
Is the museum handicap accessible?
Yes, the Adler Planetarium's is wheelchair accessible and the entrance is located at the South Box Office.
Is there a place to eat?
For a nice, relaxing lunch and the best view of the Chicago skyline there’s nowhere better than Café Galileo’s. Café Galileo’s provides a variety of freshly prepared options, including an array of soups, sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, beverages and desserts.
