How do I activate my Go San Francisco® Card?
Your card will be activated when you visit your first attraction in San Francisco.

How long is my card valid for?
That depends on the type of Go San Francisco® Card you purchase! You can purchase a card good for 1, 2, 3, or 5 days.

When can I start using my card?
Whenever you want! You have one year from the purchase date to activate the card.

Can someone else use my pass?
No. The card may only be used by the individual who activated it.

Argonaut Hotel

When is check-in and check-out time?
Guests may check-in beginning at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 12:00 pm.

Is Wi-Fi available for guests?
Yes. Complimentary WiFi can be accessed by all Argonaut Hotel guests.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?
No. The Argonaut Hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, public hotel areas, and our restaurant.

Yes! Pets are allowed to join you at the Argonaut Hotel. Plus, there are no height, weight, or type restrictions for pets. A $50 per pet, per night fee applies.

Pearl Harbor Visitor Center Tours

Can I bring a bag on my tour?
No. There is a strict ‘no bag’ policy in place for the safety of all guests, volunteers, and employees. Lockers and storage are available for an additional fee.

Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Free visitor parking is available in front of the main entrance to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.

How long is my tour?
Tour lengths vary dependent on the particular tour purchased. The majority of our tours last approximately 2 hours in length. For experiences such as the Passport to Pearl Harbor, allow 8-10 hours for the tour. For more information on your particular tour, please call the customer service phone number on your E-Ticket.

Diamond Head State Monument Tour

How long is the Diamond Head State Monument trail?
The trail is approximately .8 miles long one way, 1.6 miles round trip from the Visitor’s Center. However, please be advised that the majority of the trail is steep, strenuous, and includes uneven terrain. Visitors typically take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the trail in its entirety.

Is the trail ideal for all ages?
The Diamond Head State Monument trail includes a steep, strenuous climb along uneven terrain and metal stairs to reach the top. Families should keep this in mind when preparing to embark on the trail.

While the trail is family-friendly, the age of participants should be considered with regards to the state of the trail. Those who have mobility issues will find the trail extremely difficult to complete.

What should I bring to Diamond Head State Monument trail?
For the best experience, it is recommended that visitors bring the following items with them to the Diamond Head State Monument:

• Water - and plenty of it!
• Sunscreen
• Sturdy, comfortable shoes for walking
• Weather appropriate attire
• A hat
• Sunglasses

What time does the park open?
Diamond Head State Monument park is open year round from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The last entrance to the trail is at 4:30 PM.

Is there a Visitor’s Center?
Yes. The Visitor’s Center at Diamond Head State Monument is open from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm daily, including holidays. The Visitor’s Center is the only place to purchase official Diamond Head logo merchandise in the world.

Where is the Diamond Head lighthouse?
The Diamond Head lighthouse is located just outside the crater on Diamond Head Rd. At the park entrance road, turn right and follow Diamond Head Rd directly to the lighthouse.

Are pets allowed on the trail or in the park?
No. Pets are not allowed in Diamond Head State Monument. Service animals are the only exception to this rule.

When is the best time to make the hike?
To beat the crowds, plan to visit between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. While you’ll beat the crowds, you won’t beat the heat so bring plenty of water!

Mike Walker Lasting Impressions

Where is the show performed?
“Mike Walker Lasting Impressions” is performed at Hamners’ Variety Theater located at 3090 Shepherd of the Hills Expy, Branson, MO 65616.

Can I use my camera during the performance?
No. Flash photography and/or video are strictly prohibited during the performance for the safety of all performers and guests.

Will I have the chance to meet Mike Walker?
Yes. Mike Walker will be available for a meet and greet opportunity after the show.

Considering the tour features a significant amount of walking, it is recommended that guests wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather forecast on the day of their scheduled tour.

How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 1.5 hours long.

How far will we walk on the tour?
Tour guests can expect to walk anywhere from one to two miles during their tour experience.

Will my tour still be held in the case of rain?
Yes. Tours are held rain or shine. In the case of severe or potentially dangerous weather, Graff Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour for the safety of guests and tour guides alike.

Christmas at Lumberjack Adventure

Where is the theater located?
Christmas at Lumberjack Adventure is located at 2713 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, TN. The theater is within walking distance from many Pigeon Forge attractions, hotels, and shopping centers, and just a short drive from Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and of course, Dollywood.

Yes. There is plenty of parking available around Fisherman’s Wharf, particularly on Beach Street.

How long is the entire experience?
From start to finish, guests enjoy a 60-minute immersive experience in the dungeon.

Is this attraction recommended for kids?
The San Francisco Dungeon is recommended for children above the age of 10. Please be advised that certain aspects of the experience are dark, scary, and can be frightening to children. If you and your family need to leave the attraction at any point, please speak to one of the actors.

To participate children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a person 18 or older at all times. Guests 14 or older may enter unaccompanied.

Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
