Titanic Dinner Gala - Orlando

Are advance reservations required?
Yes, all dates are subject to change and some nights may not be available due to special events. They do ask that you call the phone number listed on your E-ticket voucher to confirm seating.

Are specialty or vegetarian or fish entrée meals available upon request?
Yes, with a 48-hour advanced notice. Titanic Dinner Experience offers a vegetable penne pasta option for vegetarian guests.

What does the children's meal offer?
The child's meal includes chicken tenders with dill potatoes.

What are the seating arrangements?
Each table seats up to 8-10 guests.

When should we arrive?
Please arrive between 6:30-6:45 pm to check in at our Purser’s Desk, obtain your boarding passes and table assignment. A cash bar will be available. You may purchase the glass or bottle.

Are visitors allowed to meet and greet the performers?
Yes, before and after the event you can mingle with each passenger.

Are cameras, audio or video recording allowed at your show?
No. Due to the sensitive nature of our artifacts, there is no photography allowed in the exhibition at any time.

What is the dress code?
We do not have a dress code, but this is Titanic, and you might be sitting next to a first class passenger. Do keep in mind though that some of the rooms do get cold, as we do recreate the North Atlantic.

What are the office hours? 
We are open Monday through Saturday – 8am to 5pm, Sunday 8am to 12pm. Check-in for the units begin at 4pm.

What if I arrive after office hours?
If you are not arriving during office hours, your accommodation details (including either lock box code or key) will be left in a pack for you, in our lock box located in front of the building to the right of the door. Please contact us before we close to receive the lock box code.

Are there any resort or cleaning fees?
Yes, there Is a Mandatory Accidental damage waiver per stay - USD 55 for stays up to 28 nights / USD 100 for stays 28 nights +. We also charge a cleaning fee for stays 5 nights and less and mid-stay cleanings are as follows. 3 bedroom - USD 85.

All City Loops Bus Tour

Tell me about the Open Loop NY?
Open Loop NY is a Hop-on Hop-off sightseeing bus tours company of New York. Our open-top double-decker buses are equipped with pre-recorded commentary in 9 languages that can be listened to via complimentary headphones supplied on board during the tours. The Downtown (Red Route), stops to visit the attractions and neighborhoods you wish to explore. When you are ready, hop back on the bus at any of our listed stops to continue the tour.

Do the tours operate every day?
Open Loop New York runs tours every day of the year, except for New Year’s Eve when we operate approx. from 8:00 am to 2.00 pm according to the city street closures. Occasionally, severe weather and NYC special events could affect service. Please check our service information for up to date details.

How much time should I plan on for a tour?
Downtown Loop: 2.5-3 hour if you stay on the tour the whole time. However, you can hop-on-hop-off as many times as you want.

The International Sightseeing Cruise: 1 hour

Will there be a tour guide on the bus?
Our buses are equipped with pre-recorded audio-guide, available in your choice of 9 languages. Complimentary headsets are available to grab on the first level of the bus.

Is the audio-guide available in my language?
Audio-guide is available in the following 9 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean, Russian.

What are the bus/cruise departure times & locations?
Downtown Loop: the first bus departs Stop #1 - W 42nd St. btw. 8th & 9th Ave. at 8:00 am. Buses arrive every 20 min. The last tour departure from Stop #1 is at 6:20 pm.

The International Sightseeing Cruise departs from Pier 15 (Downtown Stop #13):

  • May – October: 10 hourly cruises daily between 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • November – April: 5 hourly cruises daily between 10:00 am – 4:00 pm


Where is the bike rental located and what are the opening hours?
You can redeem your free hour at 208 W. 80th St. (btw. Broadway & Amsterdam Ave.) 8:00 am – 8:00 pm daily.

Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities?
Yes, all our buses are wheelchair accessible. Please note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. We also cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions during the tour.

What is the cruise boarding process?
Boarding begins half an hour before departure. To ensure you get on the cruise at the time you are interested in, please arrive 45 min to 1 hr before the departure to allow yourself enough time to obtain boarding passes from the box office and to find seating on the cruise.

What is your child ticketing policy?
Children under 5 years of age may travel free of charge. A child ticket is available for children aged between 5 and 12 y.o.  All children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

How do I redeem my voucher?
You must redeem your voucher for an Open Loop Smart Card to access the tours. Please redeem your voucher at our Guest Center at 785 8th Ave., btw. 47th & 48th St.

Do you have a guest center in New York?
Yes. We have a Guest Center located close to Times Square on 785 8th Avenue (between 47th and 48th St.). The Guest Center operating hours are from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm daily and from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm in summer. You can redeem vouchers, purchase bus tickets and attractions tickets at the Guest Center. The closest subway to our Guest Center are the E and C trains stop, located on 50th St. & 8th Ave. There is a small parking garage located on 48th St. between 8th & 9th Ave. and additional parking options at Port Authority, located on 42nd St. & 8th Ave.

The Empire State Building Experience

Is there a tour? An audio guide?
Yes, a free Multimedia handheld tour is included with every admission to the Empire State Building.

How long does a typical visit take? Is there a time limit?
There are no time limits or specified visiting windows. You should allow at least one hour for your visit. During peak visiting hours, especially in the warmer months, there may be extended waits to buy tickets and enter the elevators. 

Is there parking available?
Leave the car at home! Just in case, the closest garage is located on 33rd Street between Fifth Avenue and Broadway, across the street from the building. The Empire State Building is minutes by foot from all of midtown Manhattan.

Where is the entrance?
All Observatory visitors must enter on Fifth Avenue between 33rd & 34th Streets. Entrances on 34th and 33rd Streets are reserved for tenants and their visitors.

Can I use my ticket twice in one day?
All tickets are for one-time use only. Once you exit the Observatory you will need to buy another ticket to re-enter.

What accommodations are made for visitors with disabilities?
The Empire State Building is fully ADA compliant. We have handicapped restrooms on the 86th Floor Observatory and also have lowered viewing walls and binoculars. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view.

What items are prohibited?
The items listed are not permitted in the Empire State Building. Do not carry any of these items into the security screening area. Items that are confiscated may not be returned. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, so if you are unsure about an item, please do not bring it. Any questions and uncertainties should be referred to the Security Officers on duty. All weapons, including firearms, ammunition, knives, swords, scissors, mace, any dangerous items and any dual-use items that could be dangerous are strictly prohibited in the Empire State Building. Glass items, including bottles, glasses, marbles, etc. Alcoholic beverages, Cans, bottles, flasks, etc. Professional cameras, equipment and camera stands: mono-pods, bi-pods and tri-pods, Sports equipment such as skateboards, roller skates, golf clubs, baseball bats, hockey sticks, baseballs, footballs, tennis balls, etc. Marking instruments, including spray paint and markers. Musical instruments, large packages, suitcases, carry-on luggage and other such parcels.
Costumes and masks.
There are no locker storage facilities at the Empire State Building for personal belongings.


Can I bring a tripod for my camera?
No. Tripods are prohibited at the Observatory, and there are no storage facilities on site.


Can I bring a baby stroller?
Yes. Elevators are available for visitors with baby strollers. Strollers must be folded on observation decks.


What amenities are available at the top? Is there a restroom?
Restrooms are available on the 86th Floor only. We offer powerful binoculars to take in the unobstructed views in every direction.


Can I run or climb the stairs at the Empire State Building?
Only if you are participating in the annual Empire State Building Run-Up. The stairs are closed to all guests at all other times.


What is the best time to visit the Empire State Building?
The least crowded visiting hours are at 8AM or around 3PM, but peak visiting times vary by season. We are open 365 days a year from 8AM to 2AM regardless of weather conditions.


Can I visit the Empire State Building at night?
Yes. We are open until 2AM daily, with last elevators going up at 1:15 AM. Live music is available Thursdays through Saturdays, from 10PM to 1AM.

Children's Museum of South Carolina

Where are you located?
We are located off Oak Street, next to Office Depot.

What type of parking do you have?
There is plenty of free parking available to guests.

If I leave the museum, can I come back in?
Yes, you can come back to the museum within the same days operating hours. Be sure to check with the front desk to have your hand stamped for re-entry.

What age is the museum geared towards?

The museum caters to children 12 and under. We highly recommend family play! With the right imagination and spark of fun, anyone can have a great time!

Do you serve food?
We have a small selection of snacks and beverages available for purchase. There is a sitting area in the lobby for you to enjoy your snack. No food or beverages are allowed inside the museum.

Is there a water fountain?
Bottled water is available for purchase in the gift shop, but there is not a water fountain in the museum.

Can I take pictures?

Yes, please feel free to share your experience with others and post to our social media sites.

Escapology

Is this for all ages?
These games are great for anyone aged 7 to infinity!

Will we play with other groups?
No, we will never place you in a game with another group of strangers. All experiences at Escapology are private!

Who can play the game?
Anyone can play our games in groups of 2-5 players.

How long will the experience last?
The entire experience will take approximately 1.5 hours, with 1 hour game time.

What skill do I need to play?
No special skills or knowledge are required to play the games.

May I leave the room in the middle of the game?
In case of an emergency, you can always leave the game room.

What if I need help during the game?
Your group will be assigned a personal Game Master to guide you through the experience.

May I use my phone or camera in the game rooms?
During the game, we ask that you refrain from using your phones and cameras.

Museum of the City of New York

Are baby strollers or backpacks permitted in the Museum?
All bags are subject to inspection. Visitors may check these items in the self-check area on the first floor. You may be required to store oversized items or luggage; if so, the Museum’s staff will direct you to a separate storage area. Single strollers are permitted in the galleries subject to the discretion of gallery guards.

Is there a coatroom/coat check?
Due to construction, there is a temporary self-serve coat check on the first floor.

Is Photography permitted in the Museum?
Still photography for personal, noncommercial use is permitted unless otherwise noted. Tripods and flash photography are not permitted.

What are the rules regarding use of mobile devices in the museum?
Feel free to text, tweet, and share what you see during your visit! As a courtesy to other visitors, please set your phone to vibrate and take all voice calls outside of the galleries.

Is there WIFI in the Museum?
Free WiFi access is now available throughout the Museum's building as well as on the Front Terrance. Connect with your friends and family: share insights on our special exhibitions and your visit.

Are visitors permitted to sketch in the Museum?
Pencils, sketchbooks, and notebooks are permitted. However, pens, paints, and easels are not permitted.

Is there a place to eat in the Museum?
Chalsty’s Cafe is located on the 2nd floor and is open seven days a week, 10am–5pm.

Is the Museum accessible to wheelchairs and the disabled?
The City Museum strives to accommodate visitors of all abilities. Ramp access is available on 103rd Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues. All exhibition videos are open captioned. Sign language interpretation and specialized descriptive tours are available upon advanced request.

Carnival of Magic

Where is the Palace Theatre located?
We are located at Broadway at the Beach.

When do the doors open to the theatre?
The doors open approximately one hour prior to show time.

Is there a pre-show for Carnival of Magic?

Yes. Pre-show starts 15 minutes prior to show time.



If my child is 2 years or younger, do they need a seat?

No. They are considered a lap child.  If you want a seat, a child's ticket will need to be purchased.

Are booster seats available at the Palace Theatre?

Yes. Booster seats are available but a child's ticket purchase is required.  Ask the usher for a booster seat when you are being seated.

Are guests allowed to meet and greet the performers in Carnival of Magic?

Yes. The audience can meet the magician after the show.
