How many floors do the buildings have?
There are two floors in Buildings A, B, C. Building D has three floors, 2 small meeting rooms, and a large conference room.

How many different buildings comprise your units?
There are three separate buildings. One building comprises sections C & D.

How many adjoining rooms are available at Southern Oaks Inn?
 There are 11 sets of two adjoining rooms throughout the property

Is there a restaurant on-site?  A lounge? Café?
No.

Is there a minimum age required for check-in? 
There is a minimum age of 21 for check-in.

Do you have any resort or unit fees?
No.

Is Southern Oaks Inn pet friendly?
There are two pet rooms that are smoking rooms on the second floor.  There is $10 pet fee, a 20 lb. limit and dogs only. Always check for availability.

Do you charge for cribs, roll-a-ways, microwaves, fridges?
Rollaways are available for $5 per night. Microwaves are not available to bring to rooms, but there are rooms that have microwaves available.  Refrigerators are included in updated rooms and the specialty rooms Veranda and Family Suites. The second floor rooms of the D building also have refrigerators.  If a guest is in a room without a refrigerator, a refrigerator can be brought to that room at no charge.  Recliners are also available for a $5 charge.

What are your pool hours?
Indoor pool hours are from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm - Monday through Saturday and from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm Sunday. The outdoor pool is only open during the summer season.  

What type of parking do you have?
There is ample level parking on both sides of the property along both sides of the hotel guest rooms and another section on each side of the driving thoroughfare.

Is late check-in available?
Yes, the lobby is open and staffed 24 hours a day.

Is there a sundry shop or gift shop located on site?
No, but items such as laundry soap, dryer sheets, toothbrushes, razors, Band-Aids and other items are available at the front desk for purchase.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the Southern Oaks Inn?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service to area attractions and/or the airport?
Shuttle Service is not available but can be arranged.
