Where does the tour depart from?
The tour departs from the Starline Tours main terminal in Hollywood at 9:30 am. The terminal is located at 6925 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028 outside the TCL Chinese Theatre.
When does the tour return?
The return trip from Tijuana departs at 5:00 pm, and usually arrives at passenger hotels around 9:00 pm.
How long does it take to get to Tijuana?
It takes approximately 3 hours to drive to Tijuana from the departure point.
Do I need to bring a passport?
Yes. This is the one item passengers must bring on the tour in order to visit Tijuana. If you are not a U.S. or Canada citizen, a multiple entry visa may also be required to return to the United States from Mexico, depending on your country of origin. You should research specific visa, passport, and travel requirements in advance if you’re not a citizen of the U.S. or Canada.
What do I need to bring on the tour?
In addition to your e-Ticket and passport, we highly recommend bringing the following items:
- Sunglasses
- A hat
- Sunscreen
- A camera
- Extra camera batteries
- Sturdy walking shoes
- Comfortable, weather-appropriate attire
Is this tour accessible to people in wheelchairs?

Is parking available at the terminal?
The Hollywood & Highland Center has an underground parking structure with entrances at 1755 N. Highland Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90028 and 1754 N. Orange Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90028. There will be a sign that reads “5 Star Public Parking Hollywood & Highland.” With validation, the first two hours are $2. After that, each additional 15 minutes is an additional $1 and the maximum for the day is $15. All of our tours qualify for parking validation, so bring your parking ticket stub to your tour director.
