When will my tour start?
Tour times depend on weather conditions and availability. Tours operate rain or shine.

Your tour will be confirmed 48-hours prior to your tour date. We recommend that you arrive at least 15-minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

When should I book my tour?
Due to the 48-hour confirmation convenience provided and the rapid rate at which the tours are booked, book your tour at least 7 days in advance to ensure that you receive a spot on the tour you desire.

What should I wear on my tour?
It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed toe shoes for your comfort and safety.

What is included in my tour?
In addition to vast knowledge about San Diego from local experts, all tours include water, snacks, a helmet, and the proper equipment.

How long is my tour?
The San Diego Segway Tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, which includes 30 minutes of thorough Segway training. 

What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed reservation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.
