How many lines are available?
Guests will travel down 8 different ziplines.

What safety measures are in place for this experience?
Throughout the entire experience, the utmost safety measures are in place. All guests receive thorough ziplining instruction from our certified guides. While on the helicopter, guests are guided by a professional pilot who each boast years upon years of safe and secure flying experience.

What physical limitations are associated with this experience?
All guests must be able to walk unattended, navigate and ascend stairs and steep inclines, lift 15lbs, and walk on uneven terrain.

Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the experience. The same restriction applies to individuals with current or a history of neck, heart, and back injuries and health conditions.

Participating individuals must weigh between 60 and 260 lbs. Refunds are not available for those over the weight limit.

Our facility, with the exception of the ziplines, is an ADA compliant facility.

What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled. For more information, please contact customer service.
