Ferry service tickets may be used for the next available departure. Refunds or exchanges are not available.

Yes.

Are the ferries wheelchair accessible?
Our fleet varies in age and design. The accessibility of each ferry is dependent on the age and renovation status of the vessel. 7 ferries have enclosed main decks that are wheelchair accessible. All ferries have open-air areas that are not wheelchair accessible.

Are snacks available onboard?
Yes. Snack bars are available on each ferry.
