What airports are available near NYC to book the shuttle service?
We offer airport pick-up from both LaGuardia Airport, John F. Kennedy International airport and Newark Liberty International to Manhattan.

How many bags can I bring?
They allow one suitcase and one carry-on bag per person.

What kind of vehicle will we be riding in for the transportation?
They operate a fleet of modern, comfortable vans with climate control with A/C and spacious storage compartments. All of our vehicles are operated by a team of professional, trained and courteous drivers who know the city.

What is the maximum number of people per van?
The van will allow a maximum of 11 passengers on board.

How do I arrange the pick-up at the airport?
Passengers will proceed to the ground transportation desk in their arriving terminal to present the E-ticket voucher to an agent for assistance with transportation.

Does my ticket include round trip transportation?
No, it only includes one-way transportation to Manhattan.

Are the vehicles handicapped accessible?
Yes. Handicapped accessible vehicles are available. Any passenger requiring an ADA accessible vehicle must inform us no later than 48 hours prior to departure.
