What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before the
tour start times. After that point, you can reschedule (if available) for a fee
depending on the tour availability.
How long is the tour?
Tour duration is approximately 5 hrs.
What ages are allowed on the tour?
All ages are welcome.
Where do is the tour meeting point?
It is located at Battery Park in New York, NY. The meeting
point is inside Battery Park, on stairs opposite the entrance to Castle
Clinton.
When does the tour start?
Tour starts at 10:30 AM, daily.
What does my admission fee include?
Included in the admission is a professional tour guide just
for you; Break (Lunch/Coffee).
Do you operate rain or shine?
Whether it rains, snows or shines, we run our tours. We
advise you to be dressed accordingly to the weather. Check the forecast before
coming out of the hotel. And wear comfortable shoes.
Is transportation provided?
There is no pick-up or drop-off available. This includes
Airport transfer/shuttle services. Each tour has some specific meeting points.
Can I take photos during the tour?
Photos are allowed.
