Is hotel transportation available?
Yes. Hotel transportation is provided from major Maui hotels. We are not permitted to pick up in residential areas or at B&B's. Please call the phone number on your e-Ticket to confirm and arrange your hotel transportation for the tour.

Does the tour have any physical restrictions?
Yes. This tour is operated on very rough, winding roads. It is not recommended for pregnant women or those with back or motion problems.

How long is the tour?
Approximately 8 hours long.

Is food provided?
No. Guests may bring snacks or cash to purchase snacks along the way.

Haleakala, Iao Valley & Lahaina Tour

Is transportation from my hotel available?
Yes. Robert’s Hawaii provides transportation from the following locations:
Kapalua/Napili: 6:45 AM
Honokowai/Kahana: 7:00 AM
Kaanapali: 7:15 AM
Makena: 6:45 AM
Wailea: 7:15 AM
Kihei: 7:30 AM
Kahului: 8:00 AM
Airport: 8:15 AM

If you prefer to provide your own transportation, please arrive at the airport no later than 8:15 AM.

Guests will be returned to their departure location around 6:30 PM.

How long is the tour?
Depending on your pick up time and location, the tour lasts 10.5-12 hours.

Are meals included on the tour?
Lunch is not included in the tour price but will be available for purchase during the tour stop in Lahaina.

What should I wear on the tour?
Due to the moderate amount of walking, all guests should wear comfortable walking shoes. It is suggested that passengers bring a light jacket for the slight chance of rain or chilly weather.

What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.
