How many vacation homes are available at Homes4uu?
They offer over 400 vacation homes in the Disney area.

Do you have a minimum age required for check-in?
The minimum age required for check-in is 18.

Do you have any cleaning fees?
There is a cleaning fee if the guest stays fewer than five nights.  The one-time fee is $85 for Three and Four Bedroom Pool Homes and Three Bedroom Condos; the one-time fee is $90 for Five Bedroom Pool Homes.  Again, this fee is waived for when booking five or more nights.

Is there a deposit?
Yes, they do require a mandatory $250 - $350 Authorized hold on a card for the stay. Once you check-out, they will release the hold back to your card if no damages incurred.

Do you have a recreation facility with amenities like a pool?
All homes have a private, screened pool in the backyard.

What type of parking do you have?
There is a two car garage at all of the vacation homes.

What is your check-in procedure?
Directions for check-in are sent to guests at least two weeks prior to arrival.

Do you offer late check-in at Homes4uu?
Guests can check-in to their homes 24 hours a day.
