How long is the tour?
The tour lasts approximately 4.5 hours with visits to popular NYC movie locations and NBC Studios.

When does the tour start?
The tour begins promptly at 8:30AM.

How many people are on the tour?
We cap our tours at 12 people to allow guests the best possible tour experience in NYC.

Are meals included?
Tour guests enjoy snacks and soft drinks at McGee’s Pub.

What happens if NBC Studios is closed for a special broadcast?
In the case that a special broadcast is being filmed at NBC Studios, this situation is out of our control. Tour participants will either receive a refund or a similar alternative visit to the studios.

What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any tour reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.
