Mountain View Condos do charge a one-time resort fee for their units, due upon check-in. The one bedroom condo has a one-time resort fee of $56.25, the one-time fee for the two bedroom condo is $67.50 and the one-time fee for the three bedroom condo is $90.

What are your pool hours?
The pool is open from 10am-9pm. The seasonal outdoor pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.

Yes. However, guests will need to contact the front desk for late check-in instructions.
Is there a security deposit required at Mountain View Condos?
Yes. A $100 Security Deposit is required at Check-In. This is refunded 7-14 days after check-out as long as there were no damages.
