What are the hours of operation?
The tour is at 6:30 AM.

What should I bring?
Bring your I.D. All passengers booked on a tour must have government-issued forms of identification. Bring a camera, too. Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged, but be aware that the use of "selfie sticks" and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.

What should I wear?
Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March. Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the Grand Canyon is rough, rocky and uneven. It is important to wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.

Is the tour appropriate for children?
Yes.

Is transportation included? If so, where is the pick-up spot or how do I arrange it?
The tour will pick up tourists from most major Las Vegas hotels on the strip and downtown. Call the tour after your order.

Is the attraction/tour/activity wheelchair accessible?
No.

How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 8 hours hotel-to-hotel. The flight duration is approximately 70 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes is spent at the Grand Canyon. Approximately 3-3.5 hours is spent at Eldorado Canyon.

What’s included in my ticket/experience?
Hotel pick-up is included in the experience. A narrated helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon and views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Grapevine Mesa are also included. You will descend 4,000 feet to the floor of the canyon. A champagne picnic lunch is provided and your choice of a Baja Jeep or ATV excursion is available. All safety gear is included.

Can I bring my own food/beverages?
You may bring a bottle of water, however, the bottle is not allowed to be opened in the aircraft.

Can I bring my pet?
No.

What safety precautions are in place for the activity?
There is a weight restriction. Passengers exceeding 299lbs (135.91kg) will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat. This fee is based on the product and ranges from $50 to $200. Call the tour company for more information.
