What is not included in my tour?
Gratuity for tour guide (recommended); Hotel pickup and/or drop-off; 9/11 Memorial Museum entrance or Freedom Towers (available for an upgrade).
What should I know about my tour?
A moderate amount of walking involved; Operates in all weather, please dress appropriately.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Within 72 hours of booking non-refundable. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to met these requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
