How long is the tour?
From pick-up to drop-off, the tour is 68-miles long. This means the tour will be approximately 9 to 11.5 hours long depending on traffic and group size.

Will meals be served during the tour?
Yes. Guests enjoy a continental breakfast and picnic lunch. Breakfast includes fresh-baked mini pastries, whole fruit, 100% Maui Grown Coffee, hot teas, and hot cocoa. The provided picnic style lunch includes a 6 inch Fresh Tortilla Ham & Turkey Wrap with lettuce, tomato & pickles. Sides include homemade macaroni salad, fruit slices, cookie, canned juice, and bottled water.

Vegetarian and gluten-free lunch options are available with advance notice.

Is hotel transportation available? 
Yes. Guests can be picked up from their hotels. The transportation schedule is as follows:

Kapalua/Napili — Depart: 6:45 AM, Return: 6:30 PM
Honokowai/Kahana — Depart: 7:00 AM, Return: 6:15 PM
Kaanapali — Depart: 7:15 AM, Return: 6:00 PM
Makena — Depart: 6:45 AM, Return: 6:15 PM
Wailea — Depart: 7:15 AM, Return: 6:00 PM
Kihei — Depart: 7:30 AM, Return: 6:00 PM
Kahului — Depart: 8:00 AM, Return: 5:30 PM
Airport — Depart: 8:15 AM, Return: 5:30 PM

I need to cancel my reservation. What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any tour reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.
