Maui Nui Luau

When should I arrive for the luau?
Check-in begins promptly at 5:00 pm with the events beginning at 5:30 pm. We ask that guests arrive during this 30-minute window of time.

What food is served as part of the buffet?
The following food items are available during the buffet portion of the luau.

Salad Selections:
  • Up Country Mixed Green Salad
  • Papaya Seed Vinaigrette, Creamy Garlic-Herb Dressing, Oriental Vinaigrette
  • Cucumber and Maui Onions Salad
  • Maui Gold Pineapple Salad with Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • Green Pea and Roasted Mix Nut Salad
  • Asian Style Somen Salad with Scallions and Kamaboko
  • New Potato Salad with Up Country Herb Vinaigrette
  • Freshly Baked Sweet Taro Rolls and Whipped Butter

Main Entrees:
  • Slow Roasted Kalua Pork, Steamed Kula Cabbage, Sautéed Maui Onion
  • Fresh From the ‘Imu (Presentation by Culinary Staff)
  • Island Style Pulehu Chicken, Soy-Ginger Glaze, Maui Gold Pineapple Salsa
  • Grilled Pacific Catch, Ginger- Lemongrass Butter Sauce

Local Accompaniments:
  • Lomi Lomi Salmon
  • Poi
  • Hawaiian Style Fried Rice
  • Steamed Molokai Sweet Potatoes, Toasted Shaved Coconut with Coconut Butter Glaze

Desserts:
  • Guava Chiffon Cake with Toasted Coconut
  • Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cream Pie
  • Mango Bread Pudding with Tahitian Vanilla Bean Custard Sauce
  • Traditional Haupia
  • Assorted Cookies

When are luaus held?
The Maui Nui Luau is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and seasonal Fridays.
