Big Island Grand Circle and Volcano Tour

What type of vehicle will we be transported in?
Passengers will spend the day in a “big window” minibus or motor coach bus.

Are meals included?
On various stops throughout the tour, guests will enjoy complimentary Kona coffee and free samples. Lunch is included on gold package tours.

How long is the trip?
Passengers will be picked up from their Kona area hotels from 6:00 am to 7:30 am and will return at approximately 6:00 pm to 7:45 pm.

Can I be picked up from my hotel/lodging in Hilo?
The tour only picks up passengers in the Kona area. Kona is a 2.5-hour drive from Hilo.

Am I guaranteed to see lava?
It is not guaranteed that tour guests will see or experience red molten lava or other volcanic activity.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket in case of unforeseen rain or weather changes.

What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any tour reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.
