Our guides are highly trained in how to maneuver the vehicles and have been thoroughly trained in 4X4 techniques. Our guides are also Smith System Safety and Compliance trained for road safety and are CPR and first aid certified.

Although our tours are intimate due to vehicle size, there will likely be other guests on the tour.

Do you have A/C or heating in your vehicles?
For tours conducted in our open-air Jeeps, there is no air conditioning or heating in these vehicles. The Jeeps are equipped with canopies to shield you from the sun and we provide blankets during colder weather. For tours conducted in our enclosed vehicles, usually used for our longer day trips, there is air conditioning and heating. Blankets are also provided during colder weather.

What are the hours of operation?
The tour starts at 10:00 AM & 1:30 PM. Our office in uptown Sedona is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM year round. During the summer months our office stays open until 8:00 PM. Our Contact Center is open 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM November 5 - March 10, and 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM March 11 - November 4. Chat is available on our website during Contact Center hours.

For the safety of our passengers, all guests must have upper body strength with the ability to hold themselves up during the tour. Most of our tours do not require hiking, although they do have picture stops where you will be getting out of the vehicle and doing short walks on uneven terrain.

What should I bring?

• Sunscreen and a bottle for water. We have a water refill station located at our merchandise store to keep your bottle full of water.

• A purse or standard sized backpack are acceptable, however, there is no storage space in our vehicles. Anything you bring needs to fit comfortably in your lap throughout the tour.

How do I get to Island H2O Live!?
The waterpark is located at 3230 Inspiration Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34747. From I-4 West, take Exit 64 and merge onto 192 West. Turn Left onto Inspiration Drive. From I-4 East to Four Corners, take Exit 6 from FL 429 North. Continue 192 East and turn Right onto Inspiration Drive. From 429 South, take Exit 6, turn Left onto 192 East, take a Right onto Inspiration Drive.

Can I bring my own tubes or rafts?
Guests may not bring any recreational flotation devices into the park. Island H2O Live! provides lifejackets and inner tubes free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests may bring their own coast guard approved flotation devices.

Can I bring a picnic or a cooler?
No outside food or drink is allowed in the park unless for specific baby, allergy or medical needs. However, guests are allowed one unopened plastic 20 ounce or less water bottle per person and are encouraged to bring their own cup and fill it up with ice and water at any of our Coca-Cola freestyle machines, or water fountains throughout the park. Soft-sided coolers smaller than 8.5” wide x 6” high x 6” deep are permitted. All other coolers are prohibited.

Can we leave and re-enter the park on the same day? 
Yes! Please be sure to go to guest services to return your wristband, have your picture taken, and receive your re-entry card prior to exiting.

What to do if you have lost an item at the park?
Should an item of yours become misplaced while in the park, please fill out and submit the following form to report it. A representative from our Security team will respond within 48 hours.

Where are the best places to play with my toddler in the park? 
Candy Stripe Cove and Pelican’s Paradise are the two most popular attractions for small children and have been designed with the toddler’s age and skill in mind.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?
It is advised that you check the local forecast prior to your visit. Rain Check Policy In the event the park is closed for a continuous two-hour period due to inclement weather or other operational directives, the Park guests will be directed to visit Guest Services where we will secure information including Name, Address, Phone, Email and admission data. The guest will then be directed to return to Guest Services on any scheduled operating day to redeem their raincheck. They will need proper identification to receive their admission for that day (schedule subject to change without notice). Please keep in mind that if inclement weather is expected for the entire day, Island H2O Live! water park reserves the right to not open the facility.

What is the best time to visit Island H2O Live!?
Every time is the best time to visit Island H2O Live! Mid-week is usually the slowest time for the water park and will afford you the greatest opportunity to avoid the peak crowds.

What do I do if my party gets separated?
It is imperative that each family establish a meeting point for family and friends. It is also recommended that younger children be shown the guest services building upon entry into the park, as this is where any lost parents or lost children should report to be re-united with their family. However, any team member may be approached and will assist in locating lost family or friends.

How safe will my family be at Island H2O Live!?
Island H2O Live! is staffed with over 200 specially trained, award winning lifeguards. While it is the duty of the lifeguards to ensure the safety of all guests, we always ask that parents please be mindful of their children and family members. Ride safety rules are posted at each pool and slide. We request that each guest review these thoroughly. Lifejackets are provided throughout the park and their use is encouraged to provide additional safety.

What’s the parking situation like? 
Parking is free and we have ample parking for all types vehicles.

Do you offer locker rentals?
Yes! We encourage using a locker to store all valuables and personal items. Various sized lockers are available near the restrooms. Lockers can be rented at the lockers station with credit or debit cards. 

Are tubes available in the park?
Yes! Courtesy tubes are provided for all slides that require a tube, as well as in Live! Lagoon and Chat Creek.

Are changing rooms & showers available?
Yes! Island H2O Live! offers restrooms/changing rooms throughout the park. There are stand up showers located throughout the park.

Does Island H2O Live! provide towels? 
Towels are not provided so guests are asked to bring their own. In the event towels are left at home, the MEMEntos retail shop does have towels available for sale.

What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final once you redeem your vouchers at the gate or you have passed the cancelation deadline on Tripster. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are non-transferable and not changeable.

Where will I view the rocket launch from? 
Guests can watch the launch on any of the 7 floors. However, the roof is the most popular view point. 

What are the hours of operation?

Is parking available?

Should we tip our guide and, if so, how much? 
It is customary to tip the guide. Gratuity is based on individual preference but we suggest 15%, which is the industry standard. You may tip the guide in cash or have it added to your credit card.

What should I wear for our tour? 
We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing with closed toe shoes. You may want to bring a hat and switch to eyeglasses if you wear contacts (tours can be dusty and this can irritate your eyes if you wear contacts).

Is there anything special we need to bring?
Sunscreen and a bottle for water. We have a water refill station located at our merchandise store to keep your bottle full of water. Don't forget to bring a camera!

What can I bring on the tour?
A purse or standard sized backpack are acceptable, however, there is no storage space in our vehicles. Anything you bring needs to fit comfortably in your lap throughout the tour.

Can I bring food or alcohol? 
Due to the bouncy nature of our tours, full meals or glass bottles are prohibited on the vehicle. If necessary, you are welcome to bring a small containable snack such as a granola bar. Due to Tennessee law, alcoholic beverages are prohibited in our vehicles.

Will there be other people on the tour? 
Although our tours are intimate due to vehicle size (max of 6-9 people), there will likely be other guests on the tour.

Are pets allowed on tour?
Yes, we allow dogs that are under 15 pounds as long as they are in a soft-sided carrier that can be held in the owner's lap for the duration of the tour. Service animals are permitted on all of our tours.

Can people with physical disabilities take your tours?
For the safety of our passengers, all guests must have upper body strength with the ability to hold themselves up during the tour. Guests are responsible for getting themselves in and out of our vehicles for their tour.

Can seniors take the tours? 
Pink Jeep welcomes all ages.

Can pregnant women go on your tours?
Our 4 Jeep tours in the Smoky Mountains stay on the pavement. Pink Jeep Tours does not allow guests who are pregnant to participate in off-road experience at the end of the tours.

How much sun exposure will I get while on a jeep tour?
Our Jeeps have canopies that offer some relief from sun exposure. We recommend wearing a hat and sunscreen and bringing a bottle of water.

Do you have A/C or heating in your vehicles?
For tours conducted in our open-air Jeeps, there is no air conditioning or heating in these vehicles. The Jeeps are equipped with canopies to shield you from the sun and we provide blankets during colder weather. For tours conducted in our enclosed vehicles, usually used for our longer day trips, there is air conditioning and heating. Blankets are also provided during colder weather.

How many guests do your Limo-Vans accommodate?
We offer first cabin seating for 6 to 8 guests per Limo-Van. All guests enjoy more comfort space than any other tour company on Maui. Our Limo-Vans feature supersized windows, dual air conditioning, stereo around- sound and spacious headroom.

Is food served on this tour?
Delicious food is served on all Temptation Tours. Meals are prepared fresh daily with locally grown fruits and vegetables. A vegetarian entree is available upon request.

Does this tour include waterfall swim?
Every Hana tour has a waterfall swim with freshwater pools. There are places to change into your bathing suits.

Are there any other restrictions I should be aware of?
Guests must be ambulatory. Walkers, of any kind, are not permitted. Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not permitted. Tour operator will deny participation to Guests arriving in or with wheelchairs, electric scooters and / or walkers. Guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks, or generators may not participate. Child car seats are provided complimentary. Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.

What should I wear? 
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and in layers. A hat, jacket or light cover-up is advised for variable weather conditions. Changing facilities are available. Guests wanting to swim should bring bathing suits and towels.

What should I bring? 
Guests should bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera. Guests are also encouraged to bring currency to purchase optional extras, such as souvenirs. Please note, tour driver / guide gratuities are not included. You should never feel that gratuities are expected, but it is customary to leave a tip in recognition of exceptional service for the tour driver / guides. It is always up to the guests to determine the amount.
