Where is the box office located?
The Radio City Music Hall Box Office is located in the main lobby of the Music Hall. The main venue entrance is on 6th Avenue at the corner of 50th Street.
What time do the doors open?
Doors for events at Radio City Music Hall open one hour prior to event start time.
Is the show appropriate for all ages?
In the spirit of the holiday season, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular is designed for all ages. From the youngest of kids to those who come back year after year, this show is a Christmas tradition for all ages.
Is there a dress code?
Unless otherwise noted, Radio City Music Hall does not have a formal dress code. We do ask, however, that you use your best personal judgment when dressing for an event.
Do I need a ticket for my young child?
Children ages 2+ are required to have a ticket to gain admittance into the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
Any child under the age of 2 does not require a ticket; however, they may not occupy their own separate seat — they must sit on a parent or guardian's lap.
Are there booster seats available?
Radio City Music Hall does not provide Booster Seats at any performance.
Can you bring outside food and beverage into Radio City Music Hall?
Outside food and beverage are prohibited from Radio City Music Hall. Food concessions are available once inside the venue.
What’s the policy on late arrivals?
Performances will begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Should you arrive after the start time of your performance, you will be asked to wait until an appropriate interval in the show to be seated so as not to disrupt other seated guests or the performers.
Are cameras allowed in the Music Hall?
Yes, 35mm and digital cameras will be permitted in Radio City Music Hall. However, taking pictures of and during the performance is strictly prohibited. Taking photos during events is distracting not only to the performers but your fellow patrons as well. Video cameras/recorders are not permitted inside the theater or performance.
How long is the show?
The running time for each show is 90 minutes
Is there an intermission?
No, there is not an intermission.
How many Rockettes® perform in each show?
There are 36 spectacular Rockettes® and 72 legs moving in perfect harmony at every performance of the Christmas Spectacular.
Are there animals involved in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular® production?
Yes, four-legged members of the cast include camels, sheep, and donkeys.
Is there a coat check?
Radio City does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen or damaged.
Is there a place to store strollers?
Radio City Music Hall does provide a free stroller check for all patrons. However, Radio City is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen strollers and items. If you need to check your stroller during an event, please speak with a Guest Relations staff member upon your arrival.
Are assistive listening devices available?
Assistive listening devices, which operate on an FM system, are available for deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Please see a Guest Relations Supervisor upon your arrival at the Music Hall to arrange for the use of an Assistive Listening Device.
What is the policy on re-entering?
All exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave an event and then re-enter the same event.
