Will I see hot lava?
There is no guarantee that guests will see red-hot lava activity while on the tour. Robert’s Hawaii does not control the volcanic activity.

Are meals available?
Dinner is available for purchase.

What should I wear on the tour?
Guests should wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

Is hotel transportation available?
Yes. The tour departs from Hilo hotels and the Hilo airport only.

When are tours available?
Tours run 9:45 am to 8:15 pm daily.

Should guests with physical limitations avoid this tour?
For the safety of all guests, it is recommended that guests with respiratory and heart problems, pregnant women, infants, and young children do not visit the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This is due to the amount of walking and volcanic fumes emitted from the volcanoes in the park.

Will I have time to take pictures?
Absolutely. The tour stops at many scenic spots, parks, and landmarks with ample time for guests to view and take pictures of the island.

What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any products past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.
