Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the flight departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up. Once your purchase is processed, we will send you information (phone number, email address, etc.) to coordinate pick-up.

What time of day has the best visibility for tours?
Welcome to paradise! Hawaii enjoys beautiful weather mornings, afternoons, and evenings. So the real question is, “When do you want to fly?” Of course, we do keep our eye constantly on the weather reports to make sure your helicopter flight is the best possible experience.

Is photography allowed?
Not only is photography allowed, but it’s also encouraged! You’ll see Hawaii as you’ve never seen it before!

What clothing should I wear?
The temperature aboard the helicopter is very comfortable during flights—t-shirts and shorts are just fine. However, if you choose a doors-off tour, your flight will be windy and cold so jackets and sweatshirts are required and long pants are recommended.

Note: hats are not allowed onboard your flight. Your hat might blow off your head and fly up into the rotors and that is very unsafe. You may leave any hats in the office during our flight.

Is it guaranteed that I will see everything listed on the tour?
We try to fly over every landmark listed on your selected tour. However, flying in a helicopter is not as simple as watching a movie. Once in a while, we have to contend with poor visibility, strong winds, or other weather that may prevent us from taking our normal route. We will do our best to cover the listed landmarks as well as accommodate any requests that you may have.

I get motion sickness frequently. Should I take medicine before the flight?
Our flights are very smooth; this is not a theme park ride! So many people who presume they may have an issue feel just fine during the tour. However, if you are prone to motion sickness you might want to take a motion sickness pill just as a precaution. We want you to enjoy your flight!

Are young children allowed on flights?
Yes, children 24 months and under do well on flights. We even have baby headsets for them to wear. Please be aware that FAA regulations require a full-fare seat for children 24 months and over. Children 24 months and under are welcome to sit on the lap of a responsible adult at no charge.

How experienced are your pilots?
We employ some of the most skilled pilots in the state and hold them to the highest standards. Our pilots are very experienced in their knowledge of Hawaiian skies, climates, and terrain. Their abilities will put you at ease as you fly over the beaches, mountains, and sights of the Islands. What are your hours of operation? We are open for business every day from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, Hawaii Standard Time.

Death Valley - Pink Jeep Tour ID 6874

Are there any age/physical/health/etc. restrictions for this tour?
For the safety of our passengers, all guests must have upper body strength with the ability to hold themselves up during the tour. Guests are responsible for getting themselves in and out of our vehicles for their tour.

Note: most of our tours do not require hiking, although they do have picture stops where you will be getting out of the vehicle and doing short walks on uneven terrain. Our Ancient Ruins tour does include a 3/4 mile walk through the ruin site that takes approximately 45 minutes. The Touch the Earth tour also has some walking up hills. If you are interested in hiking specifically, consider our 2.5 Hiking Tour.

What should I bring?
Bring Sunscreen and a bottle for water. We have a water refill station located at our merchandise store to keep your bottle full of water. Don't forget to bring a camera!

Note: a purse or standard sized backpack are acceptable, however, there is no storage space in our vehicles. Anything you bring needs to fit comfortably in your lap throughout the tour.
Due to the bouncy nature of our tours, full meals or glass bottles are prohibited on the vehicle. If necessary, you are welcome to bring a small containable snack such as a granola bar. Due to Arizona law, alcoholic beverages are prohibited in our vehicles.

What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing with closed toe shoes. For sunset tours or tours to the Grand Canyon, we recommend layered clothing. Temperatures can be colder at night and the Grand Canyon is 10 - 15 degrees colder than Sedona.

Note: you may want to bring a hat and switch to eyeglasses if you wear contacts (tours can be dusty and this can irritate your eyes if you wear contacts).

Is the tour appropriate for children?
Yes, children can go on the tour. However, children under 3 are not permitted.

Is transportation included? If so, where is the pick-up spot or how do I arrange it?
Yes, all of our tours can accommodate hotel pick-ups.

All of our Grand Canyon Tours are automatically scheduled with a hotel pick-up. However, for reservations made the evening before the tour departure, you will need to check-in at our office in uptown Sedona.

We offer complimentary hotel pick-ups on our Jeep tours at customer request. Pick-ups are accommodated either before the tour, in our complimentary shuttle, or during the tour in a Jeep (pick-up time comes out of the tour time). This is determined by tour of choice and the hotel location.

Due to the bouncy nature of our tours, full meals or glass bottles are prohibited on the vehicle. If necessary, you are welcome to bring a small containable snack such as a granola bar. Due to Arizona law, alcoholic beverages are prohibited in our vehicles.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we allow dogs that are under 15 pounds. They are required to be  in a soft sided carrier that can be held in the owner's lap for the duration of the tour.

Note: service animals are permitted on all of our tours.

The selection depends on the type of pass you have, so be sure to check the attraction line-up for each pass.

Is it worth buying a Go Los Angeles child pass?
Yes, if you're traveling as a family, we'd recommend purchasing child passes. They're an easy way to budget, save on attraction prices, and have all your tickets conveniently in one place.

Can other people use my Los Angeles pass?
No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.

Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?
Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.

Can I skip the line with a Go Los Angeles Pass?
You'll get skip-the-ticket-line access to select attractions with your Go Los Angeles pass. Each attraction will specify whether this exclusive privilege is included with admission. Look out for other special offers and discounts included with your pass too.

How does the Explorer pass work?
The Explorer pass is perfect for sightseers who are visiting a city for longer and want to take their time seeing the sights without much of a time constraint. With the Explorer pass, you can choose the number of attractions you're interested in seeing, either 3, 4, 5, or 7. Once you've activated your pass by visiting an attraction, you'll then have up to 30 days to visit the rest. There is no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the card, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This allows you to change your mind and wait and see how you feel in the moment. The more attractions you choose the more you'll save, and you can save up to 60% on attraction ticket prices with this product.
