Are small children welcome on the tour?
Children two and under are free. You do not need to purchase a ticket or pay children two years old or younger.
Where do I go to take the tour?
Our dock is located at Pier 6, right at the intersection of York St. and Queen’s Quay West, at the heart of Toronto’s waterfront. It is a short walk, or two streetcars stop from Union Station.
Is the tour narrated?
Yes, and we think you’ll find that we have the best tour guides around. Our tour guides are young, energetic, engaging, and the tour has a very interactive feel.
What happens to the tour in bad weather?
It may happen that bad weather will alter our tour schedule or require us to shut down tours on a regularly scheduled day. Usually, there are only a handful of days throughout the year in which the tour must be shut down for this reason.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark. Otherwise, the cruise is not wheelchair accessible.
How long is the tour?
The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your departure time.
