Can I bring my own food and drink into the theater?
No. The theater has a strict “no carry-ins” policy. Food and beverages are available for purchase inside the theater.
Does the theater have a drink or food minimum?
No. Guests can purchase food and beverages at their discretion.
When should I arrive to the show?
We recommend arriving 25 minutes prior to showtime. All seats are held up until 10 minutes prior to the show. If you do not arrive by this time, your seats will be given up to those waiting in line for tickets.
How do I receive my tickets?
After making your reservation, please follow the instructions for redemption listed on your e-Ticket.
Does the theater have a dress code?
Yes. We ask that audiences please abide by the following dress code:
- No oversized/ baggy clothing
- No bandanas
- No jersey style athletic wear
- No hanging chains
- No soiled or overly torn clothing
- No shoes, no shirt, no show
Dress code will be at management discretion.
Does the theater have handicapped seating?
Yes. The theater does not have stairs and handicapped seating available at each seat. We can accommodate many wheelchairs. The box office, lobby, and theater are all easily wheelchair accessible from the parking lot.
Does the theater have parking?
Yes. Guests can choose from the two available parking lots. The small parking lot is in front of the theater. The large parking lot is next door to Jamin' Leather. All parking is free. Valet parking is not available.
How long is the show?
The show is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes long.
