The entire experience is approximately 3.5 to 4 hours long, with a flight duration of 70 minutes.

Tour passengers should bring the following:
- A government issued ID
- Bottled water is permitted, however, the bottle is not allowed to be opened in aircraft
- Cameras and phones are allowed but the use of "Selfie Sticks" and extending camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft
- Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March
- Wear sensible shoes. Flip flops and sandals are not recommended.
