What is CityPASS?
CityPASS gives you admission to the best attractions in a city for up to 50% off the combined cost and saves you time by skipping most ticket lines.
When does my CityPASS expire?
You will have 6 months after purchase to redeem the voucher before it expires.
How many days to I have to use my CityPASS?
CityPASS booklets are valid for 9 consecutive days beginning with the day of first use.
Can I visit the attractions more than once with one CityPASS?
CityPASS booklets include one-time admission tickets. Any exceptions are specifically noted.
Do you offer further discounts for seniors, military, students or groups?
CityPASS is a deeply-discounted collection of tickets, with significant savings for all ages and interests. Further discounts are not available.
What if my child is younger than the CityPASS child ticket age range?

Chicago Crime Tours
Where does the tour start and end?
The tour starts and ends outside 163 E. Pearson St. (SE corner of Pearson and Michigan Ave) across from Water Tower Place mall. Look for Black Windy City Limousine Bus with Chicago Crime Scene tape.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in with tour guide.
How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 90 minutes, subject to traffic and weather.
Is there nearby parking?
Paid parking is available in nearby public garages, including Water Tower Place. Water Tower Place parking is accessible from Chestnut Street. Standard rates apply.
Is this tour kid friendly?
We are a family and kid friendly tour. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding children or tour content. We highly recommend that children under six do not attend the tour.
What places will we visit?
We visit places of criminal historical significance in the Magnificent Mile, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, River North & Loop neighborhoods.
Will we see actual physical crime scene locations?
Most of the crime scene locations still have an existing structure or building.
Do we get off the bus?
Yes, guests get off the bus multiple times, subject to traffic, weather and time. Walk in the footsteps of two famous Chicago gangsters just before their deaths.
Are restrooms available?
Please use the bathroom before the tour starts. There are no bathrooms on the bus.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
All are invited to participate on the tour. Please let us know in advance if you have any special needs or requests. We want to work with you. The bus has storage for collapsible wheelchairs and strollers. One of the stops includes walking up and down a stairwell.
