How do I arrange my pick-up?

Can your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
At this time, our vehicles can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs only. We ask that you let us know at the time of booking your tour that you will be traveling with a collapsible wheelchair. Many of the spots we are visiting on this excursion are not wheelchair accessible.

What type of vehicles do you use?
We use Luxury Deluxe Mini-Coaches equipped with air-conditioning, reclining seats and extra large sightseeing windows. Each bus seats 12-25 passengers.

What do I need to bring on my Road to Hana Eco Adventure Tour?
We suggest you bring a swimsuit & towel, camera, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen and bottled water.

<What safety procedures do you follow?
Due to flash flood warnings, rock slides, and other forces of nature, completing the full-circle may not be possible and is not guaranteed. Swimming is only permitted under safe conditions. If water is rough or choppy, we do not allow you to swim. Seasons and climate conditions may affect tour stops. For example, North Shore ocean waves are much bigger in the winter. Discover Hawaii Tours is not responsible for changes in weather (that’s Mother Nature’s job, after all!).
