Where does the tour meet?
The Twisted Statue Tour meets in Battery Park at the front entrance of Pier A Harbor House. In the chance of a location change, please refer to the address listed on your e-Ticket.

When should I arrive for the tour?
It is recommended that guests arrive at Battery Park a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time. Tours will leave without no shows and late guests.

Will the tour require walking?
Yes. In addition, guests must be able to climb the 215 stairs from the Statue of Liberty Lobby to the pedestal. An elevator is available for those with mobility issues. However, we cannot guarantee its operation during your tour.

How many people are on a tour at once?
To ensure the maximum amount of fun and hilarity for all, tours are kept small with no more than 25 guests.

How will we return from Liberty Island and/or Ellis Island?
Guests ride the ferry to and from Liberty Island and Ellis Island.

Are tours available rain or shine?
For the safety of our guests, the tour does not operate during heavy rain or inclement weather conditions. With this in mind, a little bit of rain won’t stop this hilarious tour!
