The front desk will give you the password at check-in.
What linens will I receive?
Each kitchen has 1 dish towel and 1 dishcloth. All beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival. Trash cans are located under the stairwell at each building while others have dumpsters available for our guest’s use.
Can I request more towels?
All villas are equipped with washers/dryers so linens can be self-laundered. All mini suites will receive daily towel replacement since they are not equipped with washers/dryers. There is a $10 charge for extra towel sets.
What toiletries are provided?
Each bathroom is stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 bars of soap, 1 bottle each of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The kitchen will have 1 pack of dishwasher detergent and 1 bottle of dishwashing detergent. These items are not replenished during your stay so we do recommend bringing extra items with you. There are also several stores located in the immediate area if you need to purchase more.
Are the units pet-friendly?
No.
Once checked in, how do I access the pools and Activity Center?
As a guest of Sea Trail, you will be given an ID pass at check-in. Please present this at the Village Activity Center (VAC) to use the indoor and outdoor pools. The VAC is also home to a fitness room, sauna, Jacuzzi, bike rentals, arcade games, ping pong, and a general store. There is also an outdoor pool located at the Champions complex, but it is only for guests staying in the Champions unit. A key is given at check-in to access this pool.
What is the minimum age to check-in?
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.
Are boats/trailers/RV’s allowed in the parking areas?
Only standard size passenger vehicles are allowed in the parking areas of the units.
What are the closest airports?
Wilmington International Airport (ILM) or Myrtle Beach Airport (MYR).
What are the dining options on the property?
Magnolias Restaurant is located in the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse and Brassies Lounge is located in the Maples Clubhouse.
Are cribs available?
We do not have cribs, but a pack-n-play may be available upon request (quantities are limited).
Is there a business center on the property?
There is a business center located at the resort check-in. It is open 24 hours for our guests’ convenience.
