What is included in each tour?
While the sights and experiences of each tour vary, all tour participants receive transportation, professional guide, bottled water and snacks as part of each tour experience.
Where do we meet for the driving tours?
All tours start and end at 308 G Street in downtown San Diego. Please check-in at this location a minimum of 15-minutes prior to your designated tour time. We recommend allowing plenty of time before your tour time to find nearby parking.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available near the tour meeting spot. However, it is recommended that tour guests do not park in metered parking due to the 2-hour limit.
What time is my tour?
Tour times vary per tour type, reservation, weather conditions, group requirements, and other outside factors. To confirm your reservation time, please call the phone number listed on your voucher.
How long will my tour be?
Tour lengths depend on the group size and the selected tour. Dependent on the tour you registered for, your tour can last anywhere from 2 to 7 hours.
Are walk-ins welcome?
In order to participate in a driving tour, reservations must be made in advance. Due to the popularity of the tours, it is recommended that you schedule your tour days in advance to secure your spot on your chosen tour. Once your reservation has been made, one of our tour operators will contact you to confirm a specific tour date and time.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can change your order at NO COST before the cancellation date. To modify the number of tickets, you must cancel the original order and make a new order for the new date or time. This can be done from within your account by logging in or by contacting customer service by telephone. Any additional costs for changes would be charged to a card number you provide for the new purchase. We do not keep your credit card information on file for security purposes.
