How long does it take to tour the attraction?
Allow at least 3 – 4 hours but spend as much time as you like.

Can I bring food into WonderWorks?
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside WonderWorks.
Can I take pictures?
You can take pictures inside. Great photo spots in WonderWorks Orlando include The Spacesuit, The Floating Circuit Head, Mercury Capsule, Hurricane Simulator, and more!
Where can I park?
Parking is available at the Pointe Orlando parking garage. Parking fees are $5.00 for the first two hours, $7.00 for three hours, $10.00 for four hours, with a maximum fee of $10.00.
What is the best way to dress for a day at the attraction? Is there any clothing that isn’t permissible?
WonderWorks is a casual, family-oriented attraction. We suggest you dress comfortably. Closed shoes are required for our ropes course. No skirts or dresses permitted on the ropes course. Please dress family friendly.
Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
WonderWorks is equipped with elevators for wheelchairs and strollers.
Are there lockers?
Lockers are available for 75¢.
Can I exit the attraction and return later in the day?
Yes, a WonderWorks attraction ticket allows unlimited fun all day, come and go as you please.

Are there any height, weight or other requirements for any of the rides?
Yes.
4D Theater Ride – Must be at least 40” ( 3'4" )
Wonder Coaster – Must be at least 48” ( 4' ) to participate.
Ropes Course – Must be at least 42" ( 3'6" ) with an adult or 48" ( 4' ) to participate alone. Maximum height is 80" ( 6'8” ). Closed shoes required. Maximum weight limit is 300 pounds.
Does WonderWorks serve food?
Yes, at the Works Café. Take a break and pull up a chair to enjoy the freshly hand tossed New York style pizza. Other menu items include chicken nuggets, hot dogs, french fries, soft pretzels, popcorn, hand-dipped ice cream, Pepsi products and more.
What is available in the WonderWorks gift shop?
The WonderWorks gift shop offers a fascinating collection of souvenir merchandise from postcards and t-shirts to mugs and hats. Old fashion rock candy comes in a variety of flavors and is sure to be a hit with the kids. If you like M&M’s, look no further, we have 21 different colors or simply satisfy your sweet tooth with a selection from our wall to wall bulk candy!

What if my child is under 3 years of age?
Children 3 and younger are more than welcome and are admitted free.

Prince Resort Frequently Asked Questions

Is early check-in available at Prince Resort?
The unit will be ready for you at 4 PM when you check in.  If you expect to arrive earlier, ask the front desk if the unit can be available before 4 PM.  If not, please feel free to use the amenities at Prince Resort until your 4 PM check-in (options include but are not limited to enjoying the pool bar and pool amenities, the beach and much more).

What is the difference between oceanfront and oceanview?
Oceanfront means that your view out to the ocean looks directly onto the water without turning your head.  You see the water directly in front of you. Ocean-view means that your view to the ocean looks north or south up the coastline.  You see the coastline, the beach, and the ocean in your view. 
What appliances and serving utensils are in the kitchen?
Stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, clothes washer and dryer.  Pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls, cooking utensils, eating utensils, drinking cups, plates, coffee cups, saucers. Paper products are not provided.

Are linens and towels provided at Prince Resort? 
Each guest receives a supply of clean linens and towels in the unit.  The housekeeping policy is to replace used linens and towels with fresh ones if a guest stays four days or more.  Linens and towels include bath towel, wash cloth, hand towel, bath rug, bed sheet, blanket, pillow, bedspread, mattress pad, shower curtain.  Also, a dish towel is included in the kitchen.
Does the Prince Resort have laundry facilities?
Yes.  There are laundry facilities available in each unit.

Is there Wi-Fi available for me to use?
Yes, free wifi is available. 
Is breakfast included?
Prince Resort offers a full breakfast buffet at its restaurant 3500 Ocean Grill, located oceanfront, on the lobby floor of the resort.  The breakfast buffet costs $8.50 for adults and $5 for children 3-7 years of age and FREE for children 3 and under.
Do you accept pets at Prince Resort?
Pets are not permitted here.  Service dogs are permitted, provided they are with their assigned owners who have on hand the approprite documentation, immunizations, and equipment that accompanies the animals. 

Do you provide pool towels or beach towels?
The resort provides pool towels at the pool.  Pool towels are not to be taken to the beach, and we do not provide beach towels. 
Do you have beach umbrellas?
The resort does not provide beach umbrellas because the City of North Myrtle Beach rents them at the beach on a first-come-first-served basis.  During the summer months, look for the dark blue kiosks or see the umbrellas already set up on the shoreline.  The City's beach umbrellas are not available during the off-season (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day).  The full day use of an umbrella is $15. They may also be rented by the week for $90.

Do you provide beach chairs?
The resort provides poolside chairs but does not provide beach chairs.  All resort pool furniture must remain at the pool area and may not be taken to the beach.  The City of North Myrtle Beach provides beach chair rentals on a first-come-first-served basis at the beach.  Look for the dark blue kiosks or see the chairs already set up on the sand.  These beach chairs are not available in the off-season (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day). 
Does Prince Resort allow smoking on the premises?
The Prince Resort is designated as a non-smoking property.  No smoking is permitted on any balcony in any unit, and persons found doing so may incur a fine.
What is the fee to access the Cherry Grove Pier?
Pedestrians pay $2.00 for all-day access.  Fishing is charged at $2.00 per person and $6.00 per rod for all-day access.  Season passes, king mackerel passes, and season king mackerel passes are available. 
Do I need a license to fish, either on shore or on the pier?
As of July 1, 2009, individuals recreationally fishing from shore (beach, bank, private dock, free public pier, etc.) and those recreationally shrimping and crabbing will be required to have a saltwater recreational fishing license. 

How far away is Prince Resort from the airport?
The resort is approximately 22 miles north of the Myrtle Beach International Airport. 
Does the resort have a shuttle bus to any attractions or to the airport?
No, but front desk agents can help you arrange shuttle service if needed.

Are your pools heated?
Prince Resort offers its guests use of the pools, hot tubs, and lazy river.  In mid-fall, the outdoor pool and hot tub are heated; the heat is turned off when the warm weather returns. 
How can I secure my valuables in my condominium unit while I am a guest at Prince?
You may request a condominium unit with a safe, subject to availability.  Otherwise, for securing valuables, ask your front desk agent.  Please note that the Prince Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items while staying at the resort or parking in the Prince parking garage. Please make sure that upon vacating your condominium unit you have thoroughly checked for any misplaced items.

Dollywood's Splash Country Frequently Asked Questions

Is Dollywood’s Splash Country wheelchair accessible?  
A majority of the park is level to gently-rolling and is, thus, wheelchair accessible.

Are wheelchairs available for daily rental?  If so, what is the cost?
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for rent. Reservations are not taken; they are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be carried over to the next day (on an "After 3, Next Day Free" ticket). Wheelchairs are available for an additional fee.

What is the minimum age for children to attend the park without supervision?
For the safety of our guests, children must be 13 years old or older to enter without an adult. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by a chaperone 16 years old or older. Unescorted children will not be admitted to Dollywood’s Splash Country.

Are lockers available for rent?
We have two sizes of all day lockers for your convenience, even a family size locker! Regular size lockers and family size lockers are located throughout the park and sold for an additional fee on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are the parking fees at Dollywood’s Splash Country?
Fees vary, depending on vehicle type. Please visit Dollywood.com for details.

What if my child is 3 years old or younger?
They are free!

Does my infant need to wear a swim diaper?
Yes, swim diapers must be worn by babies/toddlers not yet potty trained. Swim diapers are available at Riverside Trading Post for purchase.

Are coolers or outside food or drink allowed at Dollywood’s Splash Country?
No, after careful consideration of park policies across the nation, consultation with health and safety experts and much consideration of the welfare of our guests and employees alike, we are unable to allow coolers, food or drinks into Dollywood's Splash Country. Although we do not allow food or drink to be brought into the park, Dollywood's Splash Country offers a wide variety of delicious foods available at our restaurants and snack vendors. (Special dietary needs should be addressed with the Safety Office prior to arrival.) However, if you would like to eat elsewhere or must leave for any reason during the day, remember to get your hand stamped, then you can return later that same day. Dollywood's Splash Country does not have picnic areas at the park. However, Dollywood’s Splash Country has picnic tables outside the Front Gate if you choose to leave the Park to have a picnic.

What is the park’s attire policy?
Only swimsuits are allowed on the water attractions. No swimsuits with buckles, rivets, or any sharp objects. No denim, corduroy or cutoffs allowed. Shirts are not permitted on the body slides (no exceptions). Thong swimsuits are not permitted. Shirts with profanity are not permitted.  Additionally, Shoes, sandals or footwear with buckles are not permitted on the attractions. No footwear may be worn on the Mountain Scream, Wild River Falls, SwiftWater Run, The Butterfly or Bear Mountain Fire Tower. Water shoes or similar footwear is acceptable on all other attractions.

Can I leave the park and return that same day?
Yes, you will need to have your hand stamped at the exit.

Are strollers available for rent?
A limited number of single strollers are available for rent (an additional fee) on a first-come, first-served basis.

What items are prohibited at the park?
Alcohol and weapons.

Are there First Aid Stations located at Dollywood’s Splash Country?
Splash Country has a First Aid Station located near Big Bear Plunge with medical personnel on duty at all times during park hours.

Are baby changing and nursing stations available at the park?
Yes, baby Care Centers, located near Big Bear Plunge and The Cascades, offer nursing areas, changing stations and family restrooms.

Are towels available at Dollywood’s Splash Country?
Towels are not provided but are available for purchase, if you need one.  We recommend bringing one with you.

Are pets allowed at Dollywood’s Splash Country?
Although pets are not permitted inside Dollywood’s Splash Country’s guests have access to Dollywood’s one-of-a-kind kennel, Doggywood.  The daily rental fee provides each dog its own water supply, and a walk area is located adjacent to the building so owners can spend time with their pets without having to leave the park. Space is limited, and reservations are highly recommended. Please call 865-428-9826 during Park operating hours. Without a reservation, all kennels at Doggywood will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. *Please note: Doggywood can only accommodate dogs.  Service animals for Guests with disabilities are allowed inside Dollywood’s Splash Country.

Does Dollywood’s Splash Country offer rain checks on tickets?
If adverse weather conditions significantly affect Park operations and your visit is shortened because of it, you can request a rain check—just ask before leaving. Rain checks are distributed at the Front Gate and are valid until the end of the season. Rain checks are not distributed later if you don't ask the day you are at the park.

Can I bring in personal flotation devices?
Tubes are provided at no additional charge on a first-come, first-served basis for the wave pool, lazy river and tube slides. No personal tubes, noodles or floats will be allowed in the water including children's "water wings," "floatation seats," "inflatable rings," or "bubble packs."

Are life vests provided at Dollywood’s Splash Country?
Life vests are provided at no additional charge and will be required for non-swimmers and small children at the direction of the Lifeguards. Personal life vests must be USCG approved and in good condition. Water wings, floatation seats or bubble packs may not be used. Life vests are strongly recommended for non-swimmers and weak swimmers.

Why do my E-Tickets only have one name listed on them?
The name on the E-Ticket is the primary ticket holder but the tickets are valid for all within your party.

Dollywood Frequently Asked Questions

Are Dollywood shows included with theme park tickets?  
Yes, there are a variety of shows and entertainment options throughout the park which are free with your admission ticket, excluding special-ticketed events.

Operators 16-18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian at least 21 years of age sign the rental agreement.) Reservations may be made online 48 hours prior to arrival with our convenient purchasing process. Wheelchairs and ECVs are available for an additional fee. Discounts are available on wheelchair and ECV rentals for Dollywood Gold and Super Gold Passholders. No other discounts apply.

What if my child is 3 years old or younger?
They are free!

Are lockers available for rent?
Dollywood offers two choices for renting lockers:

Front Gate Lockers: All day locker rentals are available at the Front Gate at the Stoller and Wheelchair rental booth and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Front Gate lockers and family sized locker rentals are available for an additional fee.

Ride Lockers: Ride to ride locker rentals are available at Wild Eagle, Mystery Mine, River Battle, FireChaser Express, Daredevil Falls, Barnstormer, River Rampage, Sidewinder, and near the Tennessee Tornado roller coaster. Ride lockers are floating lockers, which means you can rent them and float from locker to locker without having to pay for each new locker. These rentals are available for an additional fee.

Does Dollywood offer package pick-up?
Yes, instead of carrying your purchases around, please take advantage of our convenient and complimentary Package Pickup service. Any items purchased in our merchandise shops will be delivered to the Dollywood Emporium for you to pick up as you exit the park at the end of your day. Let the merchandise host know that you’d like to use Package Pickup. You’ll receive a card indicating the time your item(s) will be ready. Simply proceed to the Dollywood Emporium to the Package Pickup counter where your item(s) will be waiting! Package Pickup is offered on purchases made prior to two hours before park closing. For your convenience, Package Pickup is staffed until park closing.

LEGOLAND Florida WATER PARK Frequently Asked Questions

Do Toddlers (ages 1-2) have to pay admission to the LEGOLAND® WATER PARK?
Toddlers (ages 1-2 years) are required to have an admission ticket for WATER PARK entry ($3).

When is the best time to visit?
During the summer, we recommend that you plan your visit to the WATER PARK between 10:00am -1:00pm or 3:00 - 7:00pm to avoid the peak visit time between 1:00pm - 3:00 pm.

Does a WATER PARK ticket need to be used the same day as LEGOLAND®?
Yes. The WATER PARK is only accessible through LEGOLAND®, so it must be used on the same day.

Can we visit just the WATER PARK without going into LEGOLAND®?
No, the Water Park is only accessible through LEGOLAND®. Therefore, you must also purchase an admission to LEGOLAND® in order to access the WATER PARK.

Can we bring outside food and beverage?
You may bring any outside food and beverage that has been purchased inside LEGOLAND®. You may not bring food from outside of the Park.

Can we bring coolers?
No, you may not bring any coolers of any size inside LEGOLAND
® or the WATER PARK.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes, you may bring in your strollers. Designated stroller parking is not available at this time.

Can I bring in my own chair?
No, LEGOLAND
® provides chairs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there shade in the WATER PARK other than the cabanas?
Currently, there is limited shade available within the WATER PARK, consisting of seventeen 20-ft umbrellas available for your comfort. These areas are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Are umbrellas allowed in the park?
Yes, you are allowed to bring a compact umbrella into the WATER PARK (max. 42" diameter).

Where are WATER PARK lockers rented?
WATER PARK lockers are available for rent inside the entrance to the LEGOLAND® WATER PARK.

Are lockers secure to store personal belongings?
The locker area uses a secure, state of the art keyless system. Simply use any of the conveniently located locker kiosks to select your locker. At that time you will enter your own personal pin number to open your locker. Simply use your pin number throughout the day to access your locker as many times as you want. Locker kiosks accept both cash and credit cards. Rentals start at $5 for the day.

How far are lockers located from the water?

Lockers at the WATER PARK are located in the entry area near the restrooms.

Is the locker rental rate charged per visit or hour?
The lockers are rented on a per-day rate; we do not offer hourly locker rentals.

Is the water heated?
No, the water is not heated.

How deep is Built-A-Raft River?

The water in the Build-A-Raft River is 3 feet deep.

What are the height restrictions for all rides?
Riders must be at least the following heights for the attractions:


3 Lower Level Slides at Joker Soaker at least 36 inches

4 Upper Level Slides at Joker Soaker at least 42 inches

Splash Out (Speed Slides) at least 48 inches

Twin Chasers (Tube Slides) at least 48 inches

Duplo Splash Safari---Children must be able to walk unassisted, must be able to sit upright, and also must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Build a Raft River----Children under 42 inches must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

LEGO® Wave Pool---Children under 42 inches must be accompanied by a responsible adult and are not recommended to go past the bright blue line across the LEGO® Wave Pool at approximately 3ft 4inches deep. The waves go in increments 5 minutes on and 10 minutes off.

Note: All children under 42 inches must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 48 inches or who are weak swimmers are strongly recommended to wear life vests. Life Vests are available free of charge at multiple locations throughout the WATER PARK on a first come first serve basis.

Can children who can’t swim ride the slides?
It is not recommended for children who can’t swim to ride the slides.

Is there an area to lay down towels and sit?
We provide lounge chairs for our guests on a first-come first-serve basis at the WATER PARK.

Are rash guards allowed?
Rash guards are acceptable anywhere throughout the WATER PARK.

Are swim diapers required for children three years of age and younger?
Yes, swim diapers are required for children three years of age and younger. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the WATER PARK in the Surf Shop.

Can we use our own flotation devices for our toddlers?
Only official Coast Guard approved life jackets with associated label attached are allowed. Life jackets are available for use within the WATER PARK free of charge on a first come, first served basis.


Can I wear a wet suit?
No, wetsuits are not allowed on any of the slides however guests can wear a wetsuit in the pool areas (i.e. - Build-a-Raft River and LEGO® Wave Pool).

Can I wear swim attire in the LEGOLAND® Park?
No. We have changing rooms available inside the WATER PARK. You must be fully clothed while entering and leaving the WATER PARK, and may not wear just your bathing suit inside of the LEGOLAND
® Park.

What type of swim wear am I required to wear? Can I wear cut offs?
Due to the family nature of the LEGOLAND
® WATER PARK all guests are required to wear proper swim wear. Swim wear that is revealing or otherwise inappropriate for the environment is prohibited and may result in removal from the LEGOLAND® WATER PARK. Proper swim wear is required on all attractions. Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted.

Are towels available for rent or use?

Towels are available rent at our Towel Rental desk located near our locker area. Rentals are $3 for two towels, plus a refundable $2 deposit. Or take your memory home with a selection of towels available for purchase from our Surf Shop.

Do you require or allow use of water shoes in the WATER PARK area?
Water shoes are allowed to be worn in the water park everywhere except on the water slides.

What are WonderWorks operating hours?
WonderWorks is open Monday-Sunday 365 days a year starting at 10:00 am.

How long is the Molokini and Turtle Arches Snorkel Trip?
The excursion last approximately five hours.

What do I need to bring with me?
Bring a towel, cover-up, sunglasses, picture I.D. if you plan on enjoying a complimentary alcoholic beverage, and, if you have a child 30 lbs. or less, bring a life jacket for them. Reef safe sunscreen is provided at the check-in location, but it is recommended that guests bring their own as well. You are in the sun a lot on this trip, and sunburn is a quick way to put a damper on a vacation. Extra cash is handy to have as well as the Pacific Whale Foundation crew takes great care of all guests and tips are appreciated.

Are wetsuits or underwater cameras available for rent?
Yes, Pacific Whale Foundation has both of these items available. The camera cost is $35, which includes a CD of all the photos you take. The camera rental is for eight hours. Wetsuits are $10. 

How much does the souvenir photo cost to purchase?
It is $10.   

Where do I check-in for my Molokini snorkel trip?
Check-in at the Pacific Whale Foundation Store at the Harbor Shops at Ma’alaea, right next to Maui Ocean Center.  

Is there a fee to park?
Parking is free of charge.
