Will I be playing with other participants?
Unless you book the entire room, you may be paired with other players.

What is the maximum capacity for each room?
Room capacity varies per game:

• Gold Rush: 7 or 8 players
• Prison Break: 6 or 8 players
• The Heist: 8 players
• Mission: Mars: 8 players
• Special Ops: Mysterious Market: 8 players
• Playground: 12 players

How do I book a room and time?
Once you have purchased your admission from Reserve Orlando, please call the phone number listed in the Notes section of your eTicket to schedule a room and time.

Am I really going to be locked in a room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.

When should I arrive for my game?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to be debriefed about your game scenario. Games begin exactly at the scheduled time. Being late to your scheduled time may cause you to have less than 60 minutes to escape.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is offered onsite.

What is the age limit for the Escape Rooms?
Games are recommended for ages 12 and up. Younger children are allowed, but the game content may prove too complex. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Specific rooms are accessible. Please call the number listed on your eTicket to select an accessible game room and time.

What is combat?
Combat is our sophisticated version of laser tag. Hard Knocks has more than 85 different real-world missions aimed at accomplishing team objectives. Traditional laser tag games outfit all players with identical looking gun models. At Hard Knocks, the weapons used are realistic, military-grade replicas, each with their own advantages. Players are able to visually identify what weapon their opponent has and what type of threat is represented.

What are the age requirements for combat?
In order to play open combat, guests must be at least 8 years old, or 50 inches tall.

Is it safe?
Yes. Hard Knocks is committed to providing a safe environment for its combatants. All weapons are eye-safe. The core technology used by Hard Knocks is infrared light. Infrared is on the safe side of the visible spectrum, using an infrared beam no stronger than a television remote. Regulators, our female combat referees, monitor each mission to ensure all Rules of Engagement are being followed and reinforce the proper operation of the weapons.

Is special training required to participate?
The only training that Hard Knocks requires is that each of its combatants is briefed on our Rules of Engagement and Way of the Gun.

What should I wear?
Guests must wear comfortable clothes and a pair of closed-toe shoes.

Can I bring my own food and beverages inside the facility?
Due to health code regulations, no outside food or drinks are allowed in our facilities. A wide variety of food and beverage selections are available at Hard Knocks’ Combat Café.

Is parking available?
Yes. Plenty of parking is offered onsite.

How early should I arrive for the show?
Please arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to show time. Kids of all ages can get a makeover in the Outpost and become a can become a reindeer, elf, or other holiday characters before the show!

Is the theater wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The facilities are fully accessible for individuals with special needs. If any members of your party have a wheelchair, hearing assistance, or other special needs, please make note of this when making your reservation so we may accommodate you.

I am bringing my toddler (younger than 3). Do I need to purchase a ticket for him/her?
Children ages 0-3 may sit on the lap of an adult during the performance. A limit of 1 lap child per paid adult applies.

Is this show appropriate for children?
Absolutely. Christmas Celebration! Dinner Show was designed to entertain audiences of all ages.

Does the theater offer parking?
Yes. There is ample parking space for all. Handicapped parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot close to the venue.

Is parking available?
Yes. The resort offers self-parking for guests. Guests are allotted one parking spot per room.

Is WiFi offered?
Yes. Complimentary WiFi access is provided for guests.

Will I be charged a resort fee?
No.

Are pet-friendly accommodations available? 
Yes. Pet-friendly rooms are available for dogs under 40lbs in our Poolside King Bed Studios for a $75 non-refundable fee. Please note your request for a pet-friendly room when making your reservation in the “Have Special Needs?” section.

Can I reserve a smoking room or suite?
No. This is a non-smoking resort.

Will my room include a microwave and mini-fridge?
Yes. Suites and guestrooms feature either a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette.

Does the hotel charge additional fees?
Additional fees include:

How long is the tour?
Tours are either two or three hours long depending on your choice.

When will I receive my photos?
Your tour guide will email your photos to you within a week of your tour date.

How can I access the WiFi at the resort?
The front desk will give you the password at check-in.

What linens will I receive?
Each kitchen has 1 dish towel and 1 dishcloth. All beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival. Trash cans are located under the stairwell at each building while others have dumpsters available for our guest’s use.

Can I request more towels?
All villas are equipped with washers/dryers so linens can be self-laundered. All mini suites will receive daily towel replacement since they are not equipped with washers/dryers. There is a $10 charge for extra towel sets.

What toiletries are provided?
Each bathroom is stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 bars of soap, 1 bottle each of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The kitchen will have 1 pack of dishwasher detergent and 1 bottle of dishwashing detergent. These items are not replenished during your stay so we do recommend bringing extra items with you. There are also several stores located in the immediate area if you need to purchase more.

Are the units pet-friendly?
No.

Once checked in, how do I access the pools and Activity Center?
As a guest of Sea Trail, you will be given an ID pass at check-in. Please present this at the Village Activity Center (VAC) to use the indoor and outdoor pools. The VAC is also home to a fitness room, sauna, Jacuzzi, bike rentals, arcade games, ping pong, and a general store. There is also an outdoor pool located at the Champions complex, but it is only for guests staying in the Champions unit. A key is given at check-in to access this pool.

What is the minimum age to check-in?
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

Are boats/trailers/RV’s allowed in the parking areas?
Only standard size passenger vehicles are allowed in the parking areas of the units.

What are the closest airports?
Wilmington International Airport (ILM) or Myrtle Beach Airport (MYR).

What are the dining options on the property?
Magnolias Restaurant is located in the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse and Brassies Lounge is located in the Maples Clubhouse.

Are cribs available?
We do not have cribs, but a pack-n-play may be available upon request (quantities are limited).

Is there a business center on the property?
There is a business center located at the resort check-in. It is open 24 hours for our guests’ convenience.
