The first tour of the day is at 6:45 AM. The last tour departure of the day varies and is based on the time of year.

What should I bring?
Bring your I.D. All passengers booked on a tour must have government-issued forms of identification. Bring a camera, too. Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged, but be aware that the use of "selfie sticks" and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.

What should I wear?
Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March. Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the Grand Canyon is rough, rocky and uneven. It is important to wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.

Where is it located?
Passengers are picked up from most major Las Vegas hotels. Then, check in at the state-of-the-art terminal in Boulder City, NV. Once in the air, you will fly over the world-famous Hoover Dam and Lake Mead on your way to Grand Canyon West, Guano Point, and Eagle Point. For the landing, touch down and disembark at an exclusive landing site 4,000 feet below the rim of the Grand Canyon.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchair passengers must have a companion capable of assisting them in and out of the aircraft. The wheelchair can possibly be taken on the aircraft. It must be collapsible with the pop-off wheels. This is not a guarantee, is based on weight and balance of the aircraft, and is determined after passengers have checked in.

How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 4-4.5 hours. The flight duration is approximately 70 minutes. The canyon landing duration is approximately 30 minutes.

What’s included in my ticket/experience?
Breathtaking views of the Hoover Dam, Grand Wash Cliffs, Grapevine Mesa, and Grand Canyon West are included. A canyon landing 4,000 feet below the rim is included in a luxurious helicopter with wraparound windows. It is open daily from noon to late.

Where is it located?
The Zombie Zone Escape Room is located at 1001 North Ocean Boulevard Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577.

Is parking available?
There are dozens of paid parking lots available all around the area. Parking is generally $5 per hour or $10 for all day.

Are there any physical restrictions for this activity?
People prone to strokes and seizures or other heart medical conditions are not recommended for the haunted house. The escape room is zombie-themed but nobody will try to scare you. Also, it is not wheelchair accessible.

Is the activity appropriate for children?
It is not recommended for children under the age of 5. Parental discretion advised, but the activity can be adjusted accordingly. The haunted house can be made available in three different models: a kid-friendly walk-through showing the props, secret passages and scare actors; a medium scare experience; and an experience that will terrify you.

Anything interesting or unique about the activity the customer should know before booking?
The nightmare haunted house is the longest running haunted attraction on the grand strand, which opened in 1989.

Is the attraction/tour/activity wheelchair accessible?
No.

How long is the tour?
The haunted house takes approximately 10 to 12 minutes. The escape room has a time limit of 30 minutes to figure out all of the puzzles and find the hidden items to unlock each room.

Yes, the box office lobby and theatre are fully accessible from the parking lot. Wheelchair seating is located on the main floor of the theatre. Please notify the box office, in advance, of any physical limitations that restrict seating assignments.

The show is approximately 2 hours.

Do audiences need to know anything in particular about the seating arrangements?
All Seating is first to come, first seated.

Does the theater or venue have a dress code or specific attire policy?
The theater dress code is as follows: No over-sized/baggy clothing please, no bandanas, no jersey-style athletic wear, no hanging chains, and no soiled or overly torn clothing. Casual dress is fine. No shoes, no shirt = no show. The dress code will be at management discretion.

When should audiences arrive for the show?
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the show.

What is the seating procedure if I arrive late to the performance?
If you have not arrived by showtime, you will be seated in an area of the theatre that will not disrupt the show with your arrival, but be prepared to be in the lobby until there is an appropriate time to allow you into the theatre as the stage is by the doors.

The room capacity varies per game. The Gold Rush maximum is 8 players. The Heist maximum is 8 players. The Prison Break maximum is 8 players. The Special Ops maximum is 8 players. The Playground maximum is 12 players.

Am I really going to be locked in a room?

Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. If you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.



When should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to be debriefed about your game scenario. Games begin exactly at the scheduled time. Being late to your scheduled time may cause you to have less than 60 minutes to escape.

What is the age limit for the Escape Rooms?

The recommended ages for games is 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.



Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?

There are specific rooms available for wheelchair accessibility. Please call the number listed on your eTicket to select an accessible game room and time.  



Are food and drink allowed into the game? 

No food or drink is allowed into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
