Your card will be activated when you visit your first attraction in San Francisco.
How long is my card valid for?
That depends on the type of Go San Francisco® Card you purchase! You can purchase a card good for 1, 2, 3, or 5 days.
When can I start using my card?
Whenever you want! You have one year from the purchase date to activate the card.
Can someone else use my pass?
No. The card may only be used by the individual who activated it.

When is check-in and check-out time?
Guests may check-in beginning at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
Is Wi-Fi available for guests?
Yes. Complimentary WiFi can be accessed by all Argonaut Hotel guests.
Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?
No. The Argonaut Hotel is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, public hotel areas, and our restaurant.
Is room service offered?
Yes. Room service is offered to guests daily. Guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner (until 10:30 pm), and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pearl Harbor Visitor Center Tours
Can I bring a bag on my tour?
No. There is a strict ‘no bag’ policy in place for the safety of all guests, volunteers, and employees. Lockers and storage are available for an additional fee.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Free visitor parking is available in front of the main entrance to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.
How long is my tour?
Tour lengths vary dependent on the particular tour purchased. The majority of our tours last approximately 2 hours in length. For experiences such as the Passport to Pearl Harbor, allow 8-10 hours for the tour. For more information on your particular tour, please call the customer service phone number on your E-Ticket.

The trail is approximately .8 miles long one way, 1.6 miles round trip from the Visitor’s Center. However, please be advised that the majority of the trail is steep, strenuous, and includes uneven terrain. Visitors typically take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the trail in its entirety.
Is the trail ideal for all ages?
The Diamond Head State Monument trail includes a steep, strenuous climb along uneven terrain and metal stairs to reach the top. Families should keep this in mind when preparing to embark on the trail.
While the trail is family-friendly, the age of participants should be considered with regards to the state of the trail. Those who have mobility issues will find the trail extremely difficult to complete.
What should I bring to Diamond Head State Monument trail?
For the best experience, it is recommended that visitors bring the following items with them to the Diamond Head State Monument:
