Photos are not only welcomed but encouraged. The guides will explain what to look for and show you areas that are 'hot-spots' for activity. While supernatural photos cannot be guaranteed, you never know what you might capture.

Please wear appropriate footwear and watch your step, as sometimes we venture across fields or unpaved areas in search of the supernatural.

When should I arrive for the tour?

What should I expect during the Ghostly Experience? 
St. Augustine has a long history of paranormal activity. We share not only the ghostly tales of haunts that still reportedly linger but the real history of why the sites we visit are supposedly haunted, the true stories behind those ghosts and legends. We'll also explain the different types of haunting energies found and how paranormal investigators classify and explain these experiences.

Every tour experience is different, as each individual guide is unique. While we are the only tour company to have an on-staff Director of Education to verify the authenticity of all information presented, our guides themselves constantly research and seek out new information to share along with their own individual sightings and past experiences leading ghost tours.

Do I have to believe in ghosts to join the tour? 
No, but please at least come with an open mind or a genuine interest in hearing the stories of the past and why it is believed that certain areas are 'haunted.' There have been numerous 'converts' who join the tours as skeptics, but leave as die-hard believers.

Is the Ghostly Experience appropriate for all ages?
Though you know your child's 'scare' level better than we do, so it is truly your call.

Are the escape rooms accessible?
Unfortunately, not all of our escape rooms are fully wheelchair accessible and some do require a small amount of physical activity. Background music and sound effects are used in our rooms. However, the majority can be solved without hearing the audio. Levels of lighting may also differ within the rooms. We do our best to cater for any special requirements.

What if I am claustrophobic? Can I still play?
Yes. People who suffer from claustrophobia have fully enjoyed their escape game experience. However, please note that personal experiences may vary due to the degree of your claustrophobia. There is the opportunity to exit the room at any point if you feel uncomfortable.

Are the rooms difficult?
Each room has a varying level of difficulty. Check the difficulty level prior to booking.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that all players arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to listen to your briefing and introduction.

Is there an age restriction?
While rooms do not have an age restriction and are able to be completed by all ages, some themes may not be appropriate for young children. Please check the theme of the room prior to booking.

Rooms can accommodate 2-6 players at a time.
