How much hiking do we do on the Waipio Rim Hike Adventure?
Expect to cover approximately 3 miles in about 2.5 hours.
Is there elevation gain?
There are numerous short but steep climbs over muddy and sometimes slippery terrain. Overall elevation gain is approximately 500 feet.
Do we actually go into Waipio Valley?
No, our hike does not enter the valley but is along the very edge of cliffs and affords incredible views of the valley floor below.
