What is your check-in procedure at Eagles Ridge Resort?
Check-in begins at 4pm. Check-in takes place at 2740 Florence Drive., Pigeon Forge,TN. Please call Eagles Ridge Resort (phone number listed on E-Ticket) if you may be arriving after 9:00 PM so that arrangements can be made for Guest property keys to be picked up.
Does Eagles Ridge Resort charge any resort fees or cleaning fees?
All of the cabins have an $106.46 one-time resort fee collected upon check-in.
Are pets allowed at Eagles Ridge Resort?
Some homes allow pets (dogs only). Not all the cabins are pet friendly, please confirm a pet friendly availability before booking. The nonrefundable pet fee is $54.88 plus tax per pet. This fee does not cover damage, breakage, or extra cleaning caused by the pet. Prior permission must be granted for pets and dogs must be 25 lbs. or less. Specific rules must be followed. Our No Pet homes do not allow pets anywhere on or about the premises. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in a $200 fine, immediate eviction and loss of all rents and security payments.
