Sammy Duvall's Watersports Centre Watercraft Rentals Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for a park ticket and/or parking?
No, guests coming to Sammy Duvall’s Watersports Centre must merely mention to the Disney Gate attendants that they have a reservation at our facility.

Do I need to be a guest of Disney’s Contemporary Resort?
No. Guests do not need to be staying at any of the Disney Resorts.
What are the restrictions?
Guests renting a Personal Watercraft must be 18 years of age (with picture ID) to rent, only 16 years of age to drive (with picture ID), and any age to ride along. Up to 3 people or 400lb.
Who needs to complete a Waiver/Liability Release Form?
Everyone! To participate in our activities, everyone needs to complete a Waiver/Liability Release Form. Adults (over 18) must complete their own, but minors (under 18) will require a parent or guardian to complete a Child Waiver/Liability Release Form.
Examples:

- A 22 year old Adult cannot sign the Child Release Form for their 17 year old friend.
 - A 20 year old older brother cannot sign a Child Release Form for their 16 year old sister. Must be a parent!
 - If a family brings a friend (minor) along on the family vacation then the parents can sign as the guardian of the friend. The “friend” could have their parents complete the Child release form in advance if preferred.
What should I bring?
Identification, disposable/waterproof camera (we also offer a parasail photo package), form of payment, comfortable attire, and footwear you might wear to a park. Don’t forget sunscreen!

Will I be with strangers?
Sammy Duvall’s Watersports Centre rents up to four Personal Watercrafts (PWC) at a time.  You will never be with a stranger on an individual PWC, but there may be other PWC’s out with you that have strangers on them.
