LEGOLAND California Frequently Asked Questions

Does a WATER PARK ticket need to be used the same day as LEGOLAND®?
Yes. The WATER PARK is only accessible through LEGOLAND®, so it must be used on the same day.

Can we visit just the WATER PARK without going into LEGOLAND®?
No, the WATER PARK is only accessible through LEGOLAND®. Therefore, you must also purchase an admission to LEGOLAND® in order to access the WATER PARK.

Can we bring outside food and beverage to the LEGOLAND® WATER PARK?
You may bring any outside food and beverage that has been purchased inside LEGOLAND®. You may not bring food from outside of the Park.

Does LEGOLAND® California have a Baby Care Center?
Yes. Our Model Mom Baby Care Center is centrally located in the Fun Town area of the park, close to Driving School and the Fun Town Market Restaurant. Here you will find a baby-changing area with diapers, rocking chairs for nursing mothers and highchairs, as well as a refrigerator and microwave for preparing a baby's meal.

What is the food and beverage policy at LEGOLAND®?
Please note that coolers and outside food are not permitted in the Park, however bottled water and any food or beverages required for specific dietary needs are allowed.

Are locker rentals available?
Yes, lockers are available throughout the park for an additional fee.

What is the pet policy at LEGOLAND®?
Pets are not allowed at the park.  However, service animals are welcome in most locations throughout the Park and can accompany a guest via the standard queue. All service animals must be on a leash at all times, not display any hostile behavior towards other guests.

What is the smoking policy at LEGOLAND®?
In line with our family-friendly values and top priority for the safety of children, LEGOLAND® California Resort is a smoke-free park and all smoking is therefore prohibited within the park (including e-cigarettes). Guests wishing to smoke may exit the Park gates to do so.  A designated smoking section is available outside of the Park for those guests that choose to smoke.

Are strollers available to rent?
Strollers can be rented on a first-come, first-served basis at The Marketplace, in The Beginning. You are also welcome to bring your own stroller or wagon.
  • Single strollers: $14.00
  • Double strollers: $17.00
  • Infant strollers: $14.00
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) are available at The Marketplace in The Beginning on a first-come, first served basis. In fairness to all parties, reservations are not accepted.  Guests may also bring their own wheelchairs and ECVs.
  • Wheelchair: $15.00
  • Electric Convenience Vehicles with Canopy and USB Charge Outlet: $50.00
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to rent and/or operate an ECV.

Are backpacks allowed?
You are welcome to bring a backpack into the Park.

How much is parking at LEGOLAND®?
  • Cars: $20
  • Campers/RVs: $30
  • Motorcycles: $10
  • Preferred Parking: $30
Re-entry available with valid parking stub during same day of visit. Buses and bicycles are free. Handicapped parking spaces are available near the park entrance, with valid placard.

Is admission to the new LEGO® CHIMA WATER PARK included in regular WATER PARK admission?
Yes, admission to the new LEGO® CHIMA WATER PARK is included with the Resort Hopper ticket and the WATER PARK Hopper ticket. You can upgrade a LEGOLAND® only ticket or SEA LIFE® Hopper ticket to include admission to the WATER PARK at Guest Services or at the WATER PARK entrance.

Do toddlers (ages 1-2) have to pay admission to the WATER PARK?
Toddlers (ages 1-2 years) are required to have an admission ticket for WATER PARK entry ($5).

Can we bring coolers to the park?
No, you may not bring any coolers of any size inside LEGOLAND® or the WATER PARK.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes, you may bring in your strollers. Designated stroller parking is not available.

Can I bring in my own chair to the LEGOLAND® WATER PARK?
No, we provide chairs on a first-come, first-served basis.
