Is transportation included?
Transportation is only included with pick-ups at select hotels in the Waikiki area only when you purchase the Full Day Deluxe Adventure or Full Day Adventure Pass. They pick in the morning and drop off in the evening. The pick-up times start at 6:30 am and the return times are around 3:45 pm.

How do I set-up my pick-up for transportation?
You will want to call the phone number listed on your E-ticket after purchase to set up the transportation. They will pick-up from select hotels in the Waikiki area.

What are the age and height requirements for Horseback Riding?
You must be 10 yrs. or older with a minimum height requirement 4'6" tall, maximum weight 230lbs. Covered shoes are required. Long pants and sunscreen highly recommended.

What are the age and height requirements for ATV Riding?
Must age is 16 years, covered shoes are required. Long pants and sunscreen highly encouraged.

Can my child, who does not meet the age requirements, ride with me on either a Horseback or ATV tour?
Unfortunately, this is not allowable due to safety concerns. Each rider must meet all of the riding restrictions.

Is packing/doubling allowed on Horseback or ATVs?
Packing/doubling is not allowed on these tours. Our equipment accommodates one person per Horse/ATV.

What should we bring for Secret Island?
We suggest bringing swimming attire including a towel, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Are there any tours without guides?
All of our activities are fully guided tours. Touring the beautiful Kualoa property is our specialty!

Is there a place to keep belongings while out on a tour?
Yes, we rent lockers with a $5 deposit for all day use.

Do you offer vegetarian lunches with the package buffet?
We can accommodate vegetarian requests at Aunty Pat’s Café.

Is there any snorkeling involved on the Ocean Voyage Tour?
No, Ocean Voyaging is a catamaran tour in Kaneʻohe Bay.

If it rains will the tours still go out?
Tours go out rain or shine. Kualoa Ranch reserves the right to cancel a reservation if conditions are deemed unsafe. Some tours, such as the ATV tours, are actually preferred by many guests in rainy weather!
