Are the tour boats handicap accessible?
Yes. All of the boats are fully ADA Compliant, as are all docks. For additional safety reasons, wheelchairs do not have access to the top deck.
Can I sit on the top deck?
Yes. Our boats provide some of the best views of the city!
Can I bring a bike on the water taxi?
Yes, space permitting.
Can I bring food and/or drinks on board?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the boat. Snacks are available for purchase on board.
Are animals allowed on board?
Only service animals are allowed on the New York Water Taxi boats.
Can I smoke on board?
No. All boats are smoke-free.
