How many buildings and units are at the resort?
Williamsburg Plantation has 78 buildings with a total of 303 units. All units have two floors and no elevators.

Can I request a rollaway bed and/or crib?
Yes. Rollaway beds, cribs, and highchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must request items at check-in and may not be reserved in advance. Charges apply.

Are housekeeping services included?
No. A mid-week cleaning is available upon request at a charge. A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and the vacuuming of the unit. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee.

Can I request a pet-friendly room?
Select rooms at the resort are pet-friendly for a non-refundable fee. Pet approvals must be obtained prior to your stay.

Is parking available for guests?
Yes, guests receive free parking.

Will my room have a safe?
Yes. In-room safes are included in guest accommodations.

Is smoking permitted?

Guests may not smoke inside hotel accommodations. Outdoor designated smoking areas are available.
