Is pick-up service available from my hotel?
Complimentary pick-up from your hotel is available from most San Francisco hotels. We also provide complimentary pick up from San Francisco Airport area hotels (Millbrae, South San Francisco, Burlingame, San Bruno). Unfortunately, we do not provide pick-up service for guests staying in the East Bay, Silicon Valley or North Bay. However, we can recommend you take BART (if from the East Bay) or CALTRAIN (if from Silicon Valley) into San Francisco, and from there arrange a pick-up within San Francisco.
How do we return to our hotel after the tour?
At the conclusion of your tour, you will be dropped off nearest to your hotel location.
What is included in my tour?
Holiday evening tours include complimentary hot cocoa and tea, live tour narration, and complimentary shuttle service to and from San Francisco hotels.
Is the tour bus wheelchair accessible?
If the wheelchair is collapsible, we may the ability to store it underneath the bus depending on the tour. Subject to change based on capacity and bus assignments.
What will I see on the tour?
This tour includes Ghirardelli Square, Union Square, the Golden Gate Bridge, City Hall, Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, and bay area neighborhoods lit up for the holidays.
Are tips included in my tour price?
No. Gratuities are not included, but are certainly appreciated.
How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 3 hours long.
When does the tour begin?
Tours begin at 6:00 pm.
