Cleaning fees start at $85.00, but vary according to the size of the home that is rented.
Is late check-out available?
You can request a late check-out, but this option is subject to availability and there will be an additional fee.
Where do we check-in? How do we get our keys?
Check-in is at the actual property, providing all registration has been completed prior to check-in. All homes and condos are operated by a lockbox or keypad. The guests will be given the code in all the arrival information.
Are the homes in gated communities?
Some are in gated communities, and some are not. There are many options to choose from, so select one that works best for your trip.
Where are the homes located?
The homes are located in both Kissimmee and Davenport. All within 25 mins to Disney.
What type of properties do you have?
There are pool homes, townhomes with private pools, townhomes with resort pools, and condos with resort-style amenities. We have something for everyone!
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at select properties, but only after arrangement.
