What should I bring?
Guests must bring their own swimsuits and towels. Marineland Dolphin Adventure is an outdoor facility, so we also recommend water sunscreen, especially on hot days. Reef Safe sunscreen may be purchased in the gift shop. Changing facilities are available.

Can I wear jewelry?
No. All forms of jewelry are prohibited during dolphin encounters. Participants must remove all jewelry prior to their scheduled encounter.

How many guests participate in an encounter at once?
Group sizes vary per program.

Where do I go for my dolphin encounter?
All programs start at the Gift Shop with check-in.

When should I arrive for my dolphin encounter?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your program start time.

What happens if I am late for my encounter?
Programs cannot be stalled or stopped for late participants, so we encourage our guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their chosen program reservation time.

Do I need to purchase a dolphin encounter experience just to watch?
Any guest is welcome to watch the encounter with the purchase of a general admission ticket.

Can guests with special needs participate?
Yes. All reservations must be made ahead of time in order for our staff to make appropriate accommodations. Please note your need for specific accommodations in the “Have Special Needs” section when making your reservation.

Can you accommodate my size for a wetsuit?
Yes. Wetsuits of all sizes are available.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is offered next to the facility.

What is included in a General Admission ticket?
A General Admission reservation includes access to the outdoor facility and Neptune park. This includes the sea turtle, sand tiger shark, and dolphin habitats.

Can I bring outside food and drinks into the facility?
Food and beverages may be brought in and consumed in appropriate areas. Some beverages and snacks are available in the Gift Shop. Please note that drinking straws are not allowed.

Can guests leave and come back?
Yes.

Are guests allowed to bring strollers?
Yes.

Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the park.

How long is the tour?
The tour begins at 7:30 am - 8:30 am and is approximately 7 hours long.

What should I bring on the tour?
It is recommended that guests bring the following items:

• Camera & Charger
• Sneakers or comfortable walking shoes

• Sun protection
• Water bottle
• Small, soft-sided day bag only (no large luggage)
• Raincoat/jacket (in winter months)

The Silicon Valley Tech Tour includes:

Is food included in the tour?
No. However, the tour includes a stop in Palo Alto to purchase lunch.

Will we go into the tech/start-up campuses?
No. Google, Apple, Facebook, and other possible stops on this tour are places of business, and people are working in the buildings. The tour is able to bring you to see many of the public areas, but you will not be allowed into the working buildings on the campuses.

Can I be picked up at the SFO Airport or airport area hotels? 
No. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are only available from San Francisco area hotels. If you’re staying at an airport hotel with a car, Incredible Adventures can suggest a local hotel in the city that has very reasonable flat-rate parking. Taking the BART into the city and meeting us right at the Powell St station at a central hotel meeting point is also suggested.

Can adults visit LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto without kids?
No. Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. Exclusive adult nights for our Adult Fans of LEGO without children are hosted the last Friday of every month (excluding December)!

Can children visit the attraction without an adult?
No. All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

When is the best time to visit?
To ensure guests have the best experience possible, we may limit the number of visitors that can be in the Centre at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets and entry time online.

Are visits guided?
Families are encouraged to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay as long as you wish.

Can I bring my own food?
The attraction does have a café with a variety of food and snacks to choose from. Guests are allowed to bring baby food/milk or food for children with allergies.

Is LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto accessible for visitors with disabilities?
Yes, we are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users. Wheelchairs are not available for rent.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes. Strollers are allowed inside the attraction.

What should I wear?
To participate in certain attractions and activities, children must be wearing closed-toe or sturdy shoes. Other than that, dress comfortably and ready for fun!

Do the attractions have height requirements?
Certain attractions have height, age, or weight requirements:

• Kingdom Quest: Children who are under 130 cm (4.26 feet) must have adult accompaniment. Ideal for ages 4+.
• Merlin’s Apprentice: Children must be a minimum of 90 cm (2.95 feet) tall to ride. Children between 90cms and 120 cm (3.93 feet) must ride with an adult.
